“Hot shower not working. AC is not well maintained and doesn’t blow cold air. Staff was not helpful at all and keeps brushing off our complaints. Management please do something about it.”

“Cons: The room are old and not to nice. The standard for westerner are to low. - No hot water - No decorations at all in the room. (Only bed, stand for TV and an old thick TV) - No power outlet near the bed. (Only next to the TV) - Very old and well used room. Pro: There are good things to, not all are bad. - AC is working fine - Toilet paper exist in the room - No bugs (in my room that I could see) - Near the port, walking distance. (Even for fat foreigner like me) ...

“Good place. The only thing is that the rooms are on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Not good for older people”

“Overall very good, very helpful staff! One downside was small portions of food for what you are paying. I also asked for some broccoli ang got 4 small ones, unfortunately I was still hungry after this. It was a shame cause the food was delicious otherwise. ”
