“We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. “Newly built hotel with a few things to sort out to become great. Room was big and nice, bed comfortable, but balconies were lacking furniture so we couldn't really use them. When I asked about it in the reception, they said they didn't have enough balcony furniture for all rooms. Great breakfast. Part of why we booked the hotel was for the beautiful outdoor pool - However, when we got there, a pool guard told us kids were not allowed there, so we had to go to the inside pool. “The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.”

“A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.”
