“This is the staff was very nice. There are two great restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast/lunch and then a dinner spot. Conveniently located for my purposes. Walking distance to many places to eat and shop. The hotel had a certain mystery about it with it. Dark moodiness. Think old money meets subtle modernization & comfort. It has some really nice touches.”

“I booked a room at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center a month before my stay. I arrived at the Hotel to check in and the front desk staff got an Oh Crap look on their faces. After a few minutes of looking at theirs screens they told me my reservation was canceled and that they were overbooked. They told me I needed to call Expedia to get relocated.
