POOL & HOT TUB RULES
No Glass Allowed: To prevent severe damage and injury, glass is strictly prohibited in the outdoor pool and hot tub areas. Use plastic or metal cups/plates only.

No Tampering: Please do not touch or adjust any pool heaters or mechanical equipment.

Keep Covers Closed: The hot tub cover must be closed and buckled when not in use. Do not sit or stand on the cover.

Hygiene: Please rinse off heavy sunscreens or oils before entering the hot tub. No soaps, oils, or bubble baths are permitted.

Note: Any damage to the pool liner, filters, or hot tub mechanisms due to negligence, tampering, or violation of these rules will result in immediate charges to the guest for professional repair and water remediation.

- The private pool is not suitable for young children, as the pool is approximately 10 feet deep and has a diving board. Please be cautious of the pool's depth during your stay

- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the driveway gate facing the driveway, 1 camera is located at the front door facing the front entrance, 2 cameras are located on the garages facing the garage doors and driveway, and 2 cameras are located at the back of the home facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will record video and sound when activated by motion
