Fabulous Minneapolis Stadsbostad - Stort Grupper

Plats! Vårt stadshus ligger nära MN Vikings Stadium, TCF Stadium Gopher Football, Guthrie, Surley Brewery, Univ MN, Downtown Mpls, STORA cykelleder, flygplatsen, parker, konst och kultur. Vårt utrymme är bra för par, affärsresenärer, familjer och stora grupper. Det finns mycket utrymme i denna stad hem för alla! Vem älskar inte en ångdusch, bastu och bubbelbad (speciellt på vintern).

Vi har ett bra hem, det är väldigt bekvämt med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet plus mer!
Det finns mycket och mycket ljus i stan hemma! Det finns så många fönster. Det finns mycket utrymme och plats för alla. Det finns 2 olika sittplatser med tv (en på varje nivå av radhus). En av TV: erna är en 105-tums projektor-TV. Det finns ett stort bord för större grupper och ett kök med kommersiella apparater. Köket är fullt fungerande och lagrat för matlagning. Staden hem är väldigt tyst och privat, även om det ligger i ett pulserande stadsdel. Stugan är två nivåer av levande. På övervåningen av hemmet finns 3 sovrum, ett badrum, ångdusch, bastu och bubbelpool. Detta hus är ett roligt hus, och det kan vara avkopplande, för på grund av hela utrymmet. Det finns en stor privat uteplats med grill och utomhus gas eldstaden. Alla älskar lite frisk luft !!

Du kommer att ha tillgång till hela hemmet och alla de stora bekvämligheterna. Uteplats och grill, badtunna, bastu, ångdusch, 5 sovrum, 3 badrum, kommersiellt kök, fantastisk utsikt, gratis parkering, gratis wifi, 105 i projektorskärms-TV

Kaféer, kollektivtrafik, restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker i närheten! Mycket roligt område. Centralt läge till allt !!

Vårt område heter SE Como. Vårt grannskap har något för alla! Vi är mycket nära Dinkytown (U av MN-kvarteret). Dinkytown har mycket roligt att äta / dricka, kaféer, shopping och underhållning alternativ att erbjuda. Plus, alla Gopher atletiska händelser! Vi är väldigt nära till St. Anthony Main (floden), nordöstra Mpls, Uptown, Downtown Mpls, Como Park (St. Paul), & Downtown St. Paul.

Insight Brewery ligger mycket nära. De har ett stort ölval och olika matbilar dagligen. Livsmedelsbiljetter är fantastiska !! Manning's & Sporty's ligger 2 kvarter bort. De är öppna från frukost till sen natt.
Det finns många andra företag i närheten, många av dem som går och cyklar avstånd. Det finns flera stora stadsdelar restauranger i närheten, parker, kaféer, bensinstationer och matvaror också!

Gratis parkering på plats och fri parkering på gatan.
Uber är ett bra sätt att ta sig runt, också kollektivtrafik. Vi ligger nära 35W, 94E & 94W, och Highway 280.

Cyklar är ett bra sätt att komma runt:
"Nice Ride Minneapolis" kiosker finns över hela staden. Kioskens garderober är 4 och 6 kvarter bort.

Awesome place!

Eight of us were in town for a college football game and this place was amazing; so much space! The host was beyond friendly in her communications and had the best recommendations. 10/10!

A fabulous stay!

There is nothing negative to say about our stay in this Como townhouse! Working with host, Emily, was so easy and helped take a lot of stress off trying to secure a large enough place in a good location in Minneapolis. Emily was so accommodating and helpful in providing great recommendations prior to our arrival. The place is spacious and in a great neighborhood. Ride shares to downtown and the North Loop area were quick and a short distance. It was great to find a place with a fun communal space to cook together and relax when we weren't out taking in the incredible art scene Minneapolis has to offer. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Emily!

Fun + Funky House

This is a great house, could sleep a bunch of people, and I enjoyed the indoor hot tub and sauna. It has a great kitchen for entertaining.

Deceiving

Meeting the property manager was great, the house was not as it appears to be on website. The inside needs to be updated. The shades in the house wouldn’t stay down, they had holes in them in order for them to connect to the window locks, there was only one shade in the master bedroom, we covered the window with a blanket, the carpet on the one of the staircase was filthy, the Jack and Jill bathroom sink is old, cabinet paint peeling off, the toilet didn’t flush good, dinning table & chairs are stained. Over priced for an out dated condo & neighborhood! Will note that it was clean, smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent Weekend Trip!

Great place for hosting a party! Everyone in the group was very impressed and there was plenty of room for people to hang out on the main floor and plenty of bedrooms as well. Glad I chose this location!

Virtual conference stay

I live in Minneapolis and was looking for a place to attend a virtual conference since my family was all at home due to COVID. This worked out great. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to take breaks and enjoy the sauna and steam room. It was far bigger than what my needs were but it was cozy to be able to sit by the fireplace during the conference.

Great property for a large group

This unique property is the perfect backdrop for a large group. It is very open and welcoming and has a lot of beds. All accommodations were comfortable and thoughtful. Plenty of towels! Very clean.

Absolutely Perfect!

This space is seriously one of the best places I have ever stayed, especially for a large group! There were 11 of us, all adult males, and we all had not only our own bed but a bed that was comfortable and that we fit on! The space is also even larger than we expected which made our stay even more comfortable than we thought it would be. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were more than enough towels, and the place was absolutely stunning! And yes, the sauna, steam shower, and jacuzzi worked great (though for the jacuzzi you might want to plug it and start filling it at least an hour before you want to use it, as it takes a very long time. On top of everything, Emily was extremely caring and helpful with anything we could possibly need. So if you are looking for a bigger place to stay in Minneapolis for a couple days or longer, that is both well located to do things in the city and is great for just relaxing at, look no further!

Perfect House and Location

Our family gathered from all over the world, so having a place big enough to accomodate everyone comfortably was important. The location was perfect, close to the city but convenient with shops and restaurants close by with lots of free street parking. While the exterior of the house had much to be desired, the interior was gorgeous. We used all the amenities. There was more than enough towels, supplies and the cookware and dishes were first rate. Our host was accomodating and helpful, always returning our calls when we had questions. We had so much fun using the huge steam showers and hot tub. Worth every penny!

Perfect Place!

Emily and Greg's place was perfect for us! About 17 of us stayed at their place for a bachelorette party over a November weekend, and there was plenty of room for us. Greg greeted us when we arrived, and showed us around; while Emily was available by phone if we ever needed anything. There were plenty of bathrooms/mirrors/showers, which, as a group of all girls, we definitely appreciated that! They even supplied coffee for the keurig for us as well as plenty of extra towels and blankets. This place is also attached to a pastie shop, which we utilized at least 3 times (delicious pasties!), and it is so convenient (walking-distance) to nearby markets, bars, restaurants (we liked The Blue Door). The deck is large, we enjoyed watching the snow fall on it, and we also used the projector to play a video I had made. We loved the sauna and steam shower as well. This place was more than we hope for, and we hope to stay again. Thanks Emily and Greg!

It was a tad confusing because the entrance ison the back of a market. However, the stay was wonderful. The only thing I can say that's even somewhat negative is that the hot tub didn't work.

SuperBowl ready

We stayed for a week enjoying the Minneapolis area. It is so conveniently located to many of the sites we were interested in visiting. The space provided our group two wonderful gathering places, the living room and the patio. The kitchen was well appointed. Emily was there at the appointed time of arrival. Lovely place in a good location. Attentive hostess. Roomy and comfortable.

What keeps us from giving this 5 stars is that the non-master upstairs bedrooms had no air vents and were, therefore too warm. Ceiling fans might be helpful.

Clean & Great Set Up for big group

The apartment was well equipped and set up for a big group. Lots of beds and showers. Great deck to sit on. We traveled to MN as a group of teachers for a conference and this apartment met our needs perfectly.

This townhouse was ideal for a large group gathering. It was clean, spacious, well stocked with lots of soft sheets, blankets, and towels, pillows, as well as kitchen utensils etc. It provided a great location for visiting Minneapolis and was quiet at night. The owners had made an effort to have many planters with flowers and plants on a roomy deck which provided a gas fireplace and grill. The owners were friendly and accommodating before and during our stay. We had eleven people stay in this home and also had a family gathering of more relatives the next day and this rental met our needs in every way. Loved it! Great memories here! Location to our summer camps and the top ten things to do in Minneapolis was wonderful. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Quiet, even though right on Como ave. Minimal required for checkout helped getting us all going on time!
