My son had a great time in the water park and the staff was excellent. The food was good with lots of family friendly activities and with the Mall of America so close there's even more opportunities for family fun. My only complaints were a very uncomfortable bed that was one of the worst I have ever slept on and the fact that everything is so expensive to the point our family ate at MOA most of the time because it was less expensive.

We had a great time on our spring break with grandkids. Staff were excellent. You can access the pool when it opens before check in on day of arrival. Lazy River including wave pool & water slides were great. Very close to MOA —so one evening we ate there at food court & went on rides there too. Arcade at GWL was also fun & dance nights in lobby were great for kids & bubble machines. Such a great time. On check out day—you can use pool & activities after checkout to closing. Kids were worn out by early afternoon & slept on way home. So much fun!!!

The double room is a joke, it would easily pass as a double queen bed room with a partition with mini bank beds. It’s not worth it. Better get a double queen bed room. Overall rooms are less that most hotels with the same amenities. Unless you are just paying for the waterpark. Not impressed.

Overall experience was good, overwhelming. Check in was an absolute joke 3 people doing it while it could allow 6 people doing it, Get it together seriously. Most staff were friendly aside from a few. The elevators were also a disaster we spent most time waiting for those. Everything is al a cart come here expecting to spend some $$$. I don't know what was going on in the pool area but people were puking in the pool area multiple times. I ended up stepping into a pile and that was the end of it for me. Absolutely disgusting. Come here with zero expectations and you'll have a blast! We will return someday hopefully they read these reviews and adjust a few things. I will add the rooms are super spacious and clean! So that was fantastic.

Very clean room, friendly staff, amazing waterpark! Family friendly, warm water, and excellent life guards. The only reasons I gave it only 4 stars is because the room was pretty drab and run down(clean just old and a bit worn out looking) and because everywhere I turned I felt like I was being asked to spend more money. It was like a constant advertisement trying to get me to buy more everywhere I turned. Overall good though. I plan to return, I would recommend it. Look for quieter times of year to get a deal.
