Excellent hotel with friendly staff. The facility was clean, modern and we enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. We appreciate the closeness to the airport, the airport shuttle and the food options. Excellent!!

Beautiful property, just a few things that made the experience not phenomenal. -front desk staff not friendly at all, she did not greet me I had to say hello to her, she literally just gestured for my id and cc to check me in without actually asking what she needed. -only 2 bath towels in room when we had 4 people staying -master power switch did now allow room lights off when bathroom light on Other than these 3 items stay would have been perfect

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Check in was a little slow and could have been more efficient. Breakfast in restaurant was very nice, staff was attentive and food was cooked well

The property is very nice and amazingly clean but the staff leaves a little to be desired. No one was rude but just very disinterested. It felt like we were interrupting a cluster of employee's conversation at the desk in the morning. The barista looked like she would walk across hot coals if it meant she wouldn't need to make me a latte. I expected more hospitality from one of the highest priced hotels in the area. The exception was the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. They were great and the food was fantastic.

Super convenient for a quick overnight stay before traveling. Not much in the area as it’s part of the airport but they have what you need on-site for a short stay. Pet-friendly and very friendly/helpful staff.

Don’t like the lack of access from the airport. Even though the property in on the airport grounds, you aren’t allowed to walk, you have to wait for a bus, bad planning

Excellent way to stay the night prior to our flight. Dinner was good but the food was a tad too "high class" had a brisket sandwich but it had spinach and what i think was avacado. Otherwise the property was clean comfortable and convienient

This is our 2nd stay. Our first stay we were able to go through TSA directly from the hotel but that has changed and now you need to take the shuttle to the airport. Sure did miss the short walk from the hotel to the airport for our flight.

Please know that we are hoping to have our Skyway staffed by TSA as well, there's just no date for this to reopen at the moment. As a way to accommodate this being closed our shuttles go 24 hours every 20 minutes. Please know that your feedback is extremely valuable to us. Literally attached to the airport, what could be easier! Walk in from terminal one at the end of C gates and get a free shuttle back to security! By far the best thing about this place was easy in and out…everything else was nice too!
