We had a great stay at this property. The listing was very accurate and we were only a couple minutes from the mall of America. We had one slight issue with the coffee maker, but we notified the hosts and they were very quick to rectify. We would definitely recommend!

The perfect place to stay

This rental property exceeded our every expectation it was extremely clean. It was well maintained. It was like 10 miles within 10 miles of everything we could possibly wanna do in a most importantly was the price because it actually ended up being a little cheaper for me to get this four bedroom house the it was gonna cost me to get two standard hotel rooms which we would’ve needed since we had five adults and only two were a couple so if you’re looking for an amazing house and an affordable price that is close to everything in the Minneapolis area this is the one

Cozy, comfortable stay while visiting

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute little home during our stay in Minneapolis! It’s super close to the airport but we didn’t hear a lot of the noises of planes flying over us. It is also close to Mall of America, which turned out to be a plus so the family members that didn’t want to stay and shop could go home while the rest shopped for a few more hours. There are plenty of parks nearby to explore and walk around. There are lots of shops to get food and other items of need. The hosts were very attentive and we were in constant communication. Katie and Ray checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and to answer any questions immediately. Staying here made our trip memorable and comfortable. Thanks!

We felt completely at home in the immaculate and cozy house. The neighborhood was quite peaceful and safe. Additionally, the easy access to nearby amenities like the MSP Airport, Mall of America, Nickelodeon Universe Park, local neighborhood restaurants and stores, were all within a short distance from the house. The host was also outstanding, prompt in responding, and made sure that everything was available and working, especially the internet. We particularly valued the outstanding communication that continued even after we departed. The host’s hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. For my family, this was the ideal vacation home.

Spring Break

What a wonderful stay for my family during spring break. We wanted to be close to the Mall of America and everything was super close. Rented a car for the week and put no more than 60 miles on it because everything was very centrally located to the house, shopping, groceries, parks, activities. The house was well equipped to make some dinner and lunches when we didn’t feel like eating out. Beds and amenities were great. Loved having a garage to park the car especially when it snowed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Mall location

We had a great trip and the house was a perfect location for all our needs. It was well stocked in the kitchen, clean and had all the necessities. The wood floors were very creaky and did wake others up; you were not able to walk anywhere in the house without creating noise. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was very soft.

Thanksgiving Stay

Although the house was used mainly for spending the nights because we were visiting family, everything was clean and nice calm neighborhood no problems at all. Will definitely book again!

Perfect family stay with adult children

We were in town for a family function and this was a excellent central location. The bed & bath numbers suited our family of 4 couples. Katie, the manager, was wonderful and the house was lovely.

Clean and spacious.

Clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. Much better sleep than at a hotel. The backyard was huge and fenced in with a fire pit. It it wasn't 31° we would've used it! Large driveway and access to garage was a plus as well
