Guest access
You will have the entire home and its three levels to yourselves, with a private entrance and self check-in via keypad. Enjoy the backyard with string lights and outdoor seating.

Parking includes the rear driveway and free street parking; guests can easily park 2–3 cars in front of the house. The detached garage is not available. The rear driveway is spacious and off-street, but there is no back-door entry from that spot, so guests parked there will walk around to the front entrance. The home is the second house from the corner.

Other things to note
We have hosted hundreds of guests and genuinely love welcoming groups into this home. A few things to know before you arrive:

Please remove shoes at the entrance — trays and mats are at both doors.
The booking guest must be 25+. Verification may be required.
Guest count must match the booking — no unregistered overnight guests.
No smoking anywhere on the property. A $1,500 odor remediation fee applies — never been needed, and we hope to keep it that way.
No pets please.
No parties or events.
Keep food and drinks in the kitchen and common areas, not in the bedrooms.
No illegal substances on the property.

Your safety matters to us: exterior security cameras are active 24/7 for check-in assistance and property security. No cameras inside the home. A noise monitor in the living area alerts above 85dB — this helps us stay on good terms with the neighborhood.
