Detta mysiga, soliga, nyrenoverade enfamiljshus ligger i ett lugnt familjeområde i sydvästra Minneapolis! Du njuter av både en främre och bakgård och gott om parkering på gatan precis utanför hemmet!
Det finns 2 vackra sovrum med queen size-sängar, ett rum med dubbel rulla för 4 och 2 extra sovplatser på soffor i de gemensamma utrymmena. Samla i mitt nya gourmetkök för att laga mat och skapa mat tillsammans! Njut av ett rekreationsrum där du kan njuta av filmer, sport, spelkort och spel vid eldstaden tillsammans! Jag välkomnar din välskötta hund mot en avgift, och hoppas kunna vara värd om du är en enda äventyrare, här för arbete / företag eller en familj som reser och utforskar vackra Minnesota!
Detta hus ligger bara 5 miles från centrum, 3 miles från uptown, 3 miles till Mall of America, och bara 10 minuter från flygplatsen.
Bara några kvarter bort hittar du Southdale Mall, det första ursprungliga köpcentret i Amerika! Här hittar du någon form av butik eller underhållning eller resturant ditt hjärta önskemål! Eller följ France Avenue ytterligare söderut några få block till Galleria Shops and Restaurnats, samt den unika och beautful utomhusparken byggd runt dammar och en sjö, kallad Centennial Lakes. På vintern går åka skridskor till klassisk musik, och på sommaren går du med minigolf vid sjön och njut av utomhus arenakonserter och mini-segelbåt tävlingar!
Mitt hus är också bekvämt beläget bara några kvarter från Fairview Southdale Hospital och alla dess specialiteter. Detta är en utmärkt plats för resande sjuksköterskor, läkare, praktikanter och andra medicinska arbetare.

This home was so convenient, from the airport, to my granddaughters home, and to the nearby grocery store and Dunkin Donuts! The neighborhood was perfect for Fall walks, and my granddaughters enjoyed the coloring pages and games in the lower level. It was a great weekend!

Great house in a great location

We came to town to see the Mall of America and visit some friends in a near by town. The house was in a great location, 15 mins from the Mall and not far from other shopping opportunities. There was also easy access to the highway. Perfect house for 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids hung out and watched TV in the basement while the adults unwound from the day upstairs. Mary was great about communication. I would stay again if we came back to town.

Very clean and centrally located

We enjoyed staying at Mary’s cute and cozy home. It was very easy to find and in a safe and family friendly neighborhood. We were in town to visit art museums and the University of Minnesota. It was a great location and the two living areas were very comfortable. Mary had everything we needed. I would say if you are a light sleeper ( we did have noise machines) the house is very close to the airport so there was quite a bit of noise from the planes flying over. We all felt the beds were very firm. But some 3-4 inch memory foam toppers would do the trick. We would stay here again.

Great safe location

This house was in a perfect location for our family get together. Quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Walkable restaurants and grocery nearby. Pet friendly but not fenced in backyard. Nearby parks were perfectly walkable for throwing the ball for the dog for a bit. Mary was a great host who made us feel very welcome and answered questions quickly. Air conditioning worked very well. Two bedrooms with a basement with bed. The furniture was very comfortable.

Great "Girls" get away

We reserved the VRBO for a knitting get-away that 4 of us attempt to organize a couple times of year. The place was cozy and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the comfy couches in the basement to sit, knit and relax while we binged a bit of Netflix. We had great and timely communication with the property management. Mary was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location!

Mary is a super host! We were in Mpls for a family reunion and the location was perfect. Easy access to the airport and shopping. Quiet neighborhood where I enjoyed morning walks. We even did our "mandatory" walk around Lake Harriet on Sunday morning. Loved having the TV in the basement and the washer/dryer available. Alley parking was convenient.

Wedding trip

We stayed here for a family wedding. The house was clean and in a great location. Lots of fun attractions within 15 minutes. Parks nearby to walk the dog. Check in was easy, and the owner responded quickly to questions we had. Would recommend this house for those looking in the area.

Cosy air-conditioned house, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location

Mary's place was perfect for our stay. We slept well, enjoyed time in comfortable living room, used her well stocked kitchen for meal prep and the shady backyard patio for relaxing meals. The location was great for shopping, walking and visiting family and parks in the area. Mary was very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended house.

All the Conveniences of Home

Beautifully and comfortably furnished with a kitchen that is as well equipped as mine. Great location to home base and explore Mpls. And Mary provides a list of places to explore. Great backyard with table, chairs and a gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Mary.

Family reunion

We were in town for a family reunion of sorts. The pandemic has prevented us from visiting some older relatives and sadly we have lost three of them in the last year. We came (from SD, not too far but not too close either) this year to visit---we needed a nice, quiet, clean house for a small dinner party. We were not disappointed. The house is on a VERY quiet street, it was neat and tidy, plenty of space for us and our guests. Mary was attentive and helpful, all of her notes and instructions were easy to follow and right on the mark. We had a wonderful visit with our relatives and the house was the perfect setting. Thanks!

wonderful stay in great location

We spent the month of June at this property and had a great experience. Don't hesitate to rent this place. I try to be helpful to future renters, so here is a list of info. Fantastic customer service from Mary. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Well-appointed house. Good beds and comfy furniture. Good WiFi and air-conditioner. Note that this is a small house, and there is only one very small bathroom, so as long as you know that going in, you will be very pleased (as we were). Enjoy your stay.

A great place to stay!

The home was just right for us! Very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to other areas of the Twin Cities, near 2 nice parks, and lots of restaurant choices. The furniture was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We will be back!
