Superhost - Paul's place, new listing. Great location with easy access to public transportation, highway and chain of lakes. Full kitchen, a queen bed and a living room area for R&R. Full bath with Shower included. Close to restaurants for dine-in or take-out. Aldi Grocery and The Wedge Coop are in easy walking distance for healthy and affordable eat-in.

This was an ideal place to stay and explore Minneapolis! Clean, roomy, well-equipped and in a delightful neighborhood with shops and restaurants in all directions. The host went above and beyond to accommodate luggage storage so we could explore a few more hours.

Clean, safe, all the necessities. We walked most everywhere. I like Leaning Tower of Pizza, open late, take the kid, play a game. Arcade around the corner, bookshops, parks. Only tiny little thing I could say is maybe a few more towels/ washcloths for the ladies with long hair. Definitely would stay again. Probably will as my apartment search was not fruitful! Anyway- 10/10.

Great neighbourhood. Organic shop Wedge couple of mins walk away. Nice apartment. Quiet, and lovely street. Maybe could have done with a few more things in the apartment (kettle, better hairdrier) and maybe a bit more communication from host - but i had a very happy stay. Thank you Paul.

Excellent location. Place was clean, had all the essentials (didn’t have washcloths in bathroom - that was the only thing missing). Bed and couch were very comfortable. Overall great place and you can’t beat the location. Relatively quiet, quaint street.

Fabulous location. No frills, but clean. Be aware the kitchen is not stocked well in terms of cooking, but is good enough for basic cooking. The initial impression of entryway/stairs has a musty smell, but once you enter the unit, everything is clean & works as it should. Walked to Aldi & Wedge Coop for groceries.

Great location and very responsive host!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Paul's place. It is walkable to many restaurants and cafes, and central to the area, which made getting around pretty convenient. The bed was comfy and it was incredibly quiet (other than occasional city noise). Only small complaints are that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and the TV was not able to connect to any apps (listing says it's a smart TV), and so we could only access very flickery cable channels. Luckily we spent most of our time out doing things so it wasn't too much of a problem.

Cozy Upper Flat

This is our second stay at this property. It is very comfortable and well appointed. On street parking is kind of a pain. Air conditioning worked well during the very hot days.

Place great. Vrbo not good

We loved the apartment and the manager went out of his way for us. You, VRBO, double booked the room. Did someone else have more points with you? It felt like bait (King bed, apt2) and then you switched. Can't reach you effectively. First and last time with VRBO.
