“We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator. The Hyatt’s best feature is its great food and drink menu and service.”

“We were told that we would have an express clean on the third day and a full clean on the fifth day. We were there for eight days and I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get clean towels. At that time our bed was made and trash was emptied. That was the only time anything was done. No trash emptied, no clean glasses, no clean sheets. I know that help is a problem but at a hotel as nice as the Hyatt House, there should be better service. Other than that we had a good stay in Minneapolis....
