Sandstrand (med fantastisk beskjutning!), community dock och community pool. Två sovrum / 2. 5 badstuga (det finns ett tredje rum som används som gästrum) med utsikt över floden Neuse. Ligger bara mil från byn Oriental. Omvänd planlösning med tre sovrum nere, 2 fulla badrum och tvättstuga. Hjärta tallgolv och pärla ombord. På övervåningen finns en öppen planlösning med kök / matsal / vardagsrum och gästbadrum. Köket har en elektrisk spis, kylskåp, diskmaskin och alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter. Dubbla balkonger har utsikt över floden Neuse med underbara platser att gömma sig och komma ikapp med din läsning eller bara smutta på morgonkaffe medan du tittar på delfinerna vid lek. En perfekt reträtt. Grundkabel och 5G WIFI levereras gratis med stugan. Sängkläder tillhandahålls. Hundvänlig och rökfri. (dockan är fortfarande skadad, bör fixas i slutet av året)

Community feel with coastal vibe

Picture perfect waterfront setting and views. Comfortable decorator furnishings and special touches. Great usable floor plan, simply immaculate, with a very organized and well stocked kitchen. The great room and kitchen make it easy to socialize in a relaxed location. Property management provides excellent guest communication, demonstrates care and attention to detail, are readily available, efficient check-in/check -out, with small town hospitality. Thank-you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful vacation home

We enjoyed our stay in Neuse Village. It’s an ultra quiet area that is back off the main road. The house was clean and well stocked. The views of the river are amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful river home. Hope to come back soon.

Lovely sunrises on the River

This is the second time we have stayed in this location and we will definitely be back. The sun rises over the river are beautiful and the home is extremely comfortable. Everything you want for a great stay is here. Oriental is a small town, but there are several good dining places and a nice little coffee shop. We also appreciated the ease with which we traveled to the beach (Atlantic Beach) and to Beaufort. The only issue that we had this time was that the access road to the property is in terrible condition. We actually had to limit the number of times we went in and out of our property because of the potholes. We were wet concerned about the condition of our car after travelling on this road. We did report our concern to the rental agency and they said that they are aware of the situation. Hopefully they will repair it soon. Regardless, we love this property and will certainly be back as soon as we can for another vacation.

Wonderful stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An amazing view and the accommodations perfectly matched the listening. Checkin was a breeze, and because we arrived a tad earlier than expected we were still allowed access to the home. We will definitely look at coming back!

Beautiful views and relaxing

The balcony on the second level is the jewel of the house. You may relax outside on one of the cozy rockers or on the couch while taking in the scenery. The rest of the property was fantastic; the furnishings were cozy, every item was kept in good condition, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The attention to detail is superb.

Great view

We enjoyed the location, it is quiet and private and the view is marvelous. The villa was clean and fully equipped. The view from the balconi was to die for. We will definetly be back. My only note that I was not a big fan of the check in and check out process had to drive 10 minutes to pick up the key and same for drop off. I hope in the future they will install a keyless entry with a code but other than that everything else was great.

Beautiful home with all the comforts of home!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend! Only suggestion is key pad for checkin versus having to go to the rental agency!

Spring Break get away

My family and I had an incredible time. The view of the river was amazing all times of the day. Being able to walk right up to the shore line was great. The property management are the best, patient, calm most friendly people. They treated me like family, I have new friends. I love this place so much I already booked a return trip. My wife and I have stayed at numerous condos, AB&Bs and similar places. This was one of the best. It was clean, well supplied with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The view was simply amazing. The property is isolated and quiet. This was exactly what we wanted. There were interesting places to see within an hour's drive. We would go back in a heatbeat.
