Original hardwood floors bring the character of the living room to life! Relax and play a game of chess or take care of some business while listening to classic vinyl records will make the evening a delight. Located on the second floor, this quiet and accessible single bedroom unit has a queen bed and plenty of built-in closet space. If you need a little more sleeping space, the living room is equipped with a futon to accommodate additional guests. The kitchen has virtually everything you will need to prepare meals. Order DoorDash or stock-up at the Marketplace only 5 minutes away, and you will be ready to start cooking! If not in the mood to cook, nearby fast food and dine-in restaurants are sure to hit the spot! USB chargers throughout the unit make charging devices easy.

Coin operated laundry in the basement with additional locker room for your convenience make longer stays a breeze. The basement laundry room is accessed from an exterior door in the rear of the house leading directly to the washer and dryer. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.

Guests will have full access to this cozy 480 square foot apartment, access to basement laundry and convenient driveway parking. Additional parking is located in street and directly across the street in front of the house.

Additional storage unit on property is available for rent, if needed.

Perfect Location
This was a business trip for me. Way better than hotels, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely decorated old house apartment. A tad cozy but over all comfortable. I wasn’t there all day but it was nice to head back to after my very odd and unpredictable hours. The laundry facility came in handy, $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. Need quarters. The property was well supplied with all the comforts and kitchen necessities. Too bad I didn’t have time to cook. Probably the best spice rack and condiment inventory I’ve seen in a rental like this. The coffee bar was also well stocked. However I’m a bit of a coffee snob so I brought my own grounds which was nice using the pour over coffee system that was there. I found the bed comfortable as well. The heat must be controlled externally to the unit. Usually the first thing I do in a unit like this, is lower the temp since I'm a bit of a polar bear, but did not find the thermostat control. It was not an issue however. I was comfortable the entire time. It’s a fair price for the unit, extremely comfortable for one person. I’m sure for 2 as well. 3 or 4 better be close, or young kids because it may get tight. Being only blocks from the downtown restaurants was also very nice. An easy walk in the nicer seasons of the year. I would return again. I hope I do have the opportunity again.

Minot Visit
The owners were attentive, reliable, and generous from start to finish! Instructions were easy to follow and the place was immaculate. When I come back, I would rent from them in a heartbeat! Truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Josh and Jen for your hospitality!

Magic City Hospitality
The stay was great. We were in town to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son which attends Minot State University. We had a nice home like atmosphere and a place to cook for him and our other son. The communication and hospitality of the host was exceptional. The apartment was nice and cozy, we felt at home even though we were over 800 miles from our actual home. I would stay here over a hotel every chance I get.
