Limited choices for the area~ it was a stopover for next leg of travel. The rooms were not very clean..and 1 room had a windownthat couldn't lock...ground floor...not very secure feeling.

The room had not been cleaned. There was a druggies strung out in the lobby while I waited for the room to be cleaned. Very unsafe vibe and area.

I would not go to this hotel we got back from the fair and there was no one at the front desk for hours and when they show up they had to clean the rooms. It was 3 am when my wife decided to just sleep in the truck.

I was given a room that was filled with clothing and trash belonging to a guest that was obviously still there. Waited 1.5 hours and told no available rooms although I had a reservation. Was sent to a different hotel 3 blocks away.

Tried staying here twice. First time there was a water leak so they moved us to an equally unappealing hotel owned by the same owner. Bad stay. Next time the room was dirty and there was no AC, so we got a refund and stayed at a different motel. Pretty sad that a Motel 6 is a step up.

Sketchy

Nobody would answer the phone and there was nobody at the front desk. Literally waited 20 mins and walked the entire hotel.

False advertising. Dirty room, tub didn't drain. Pool closed. Restaurant shutdown. It looked more like a housing project than an actual functioning motel. It was rundown and filthy.

There was no ac, no front desk person, no TV. The room was disgusting, the door to the room would barely latch and the door adjoining to the next room has been kicked in and never fixed...... great motel if you want to listen to drug deals outside your door all night

Staff seemed like decent people. But this cheap rental had no A/C so very hot using box fans. No ice machines, no wash room available? Don’t stay here unless it’s a last resort. Also no TV available. Should have got my money back.

The staff was friendly but the hotel was disgusting. No working key cards, spent more time in the lobby trying to get someone to let us in the room. The room had no shower curtain, patched holes in the walls, no working a/c, stains on carpet, sticky floors and counters. Saw police there multiple times. Would never staytgere again.

Well it was a busy sate fair weekend the lady at the front desk just up and left leaving no one to check us in this used to be a very nice hotel but is very run down and needing major up dates! One lady that had got checked in said their room was filthy. The manager at the other hotel own by this same company is a gift from the lord himself as she made sure that we had a room for the night even thought the other staff was a huge let down would not be comfortable to take my kids hear thankfully it was an adult weekend at the concerts. Loud arguing all night, frames ripped of of doors, terrible beds, the bar is actaully closed, just a bad time....

Absolutely the worst experience of my entire life. Showed up to check in, and it took 6 hours for someone from the hotel to check in 12 people. Every single staff member quit the hotel, so there’s nobody here, just abandoned. Refused to give me a refund, rooms were nasty, and they double charged my card. Room keys didn’t work. Awful awful awful! Oh and the room I got checked into had bed bugs, coke on the bed, and blood on the bathroom and walls. Disgusting!!!!

Building/room is run down, very poorly cleaned. Window to room was wide open without a screen, due to this, there are lots of flies in room. No hand soap or anything in room bathroom. Next morning using shower the tube is backed up, took 1hour to drain off. Reported and nothing was done. Did it again next day and sink is also backed up. If the bed wasn’t clean I would never have stayed. Will never use this place again, not recommended for anyone. Also Friday night/Saturday morning had drug addict sleeping on sidewalk outside of my window.

Customer Service was Horrible, I had to wait 4 hours to check in, I was there at 3 pm, didnt get in until 7:30pm and then they gave me the wrong room. They gave me a King Size when I reserved 2 queen beds, I have my brother with me and he’s Handicapped. There was no A/C, The tv didnt come in, had to ask for a fan and they had Cockraches crawling around in the bedside drawer. I would like my 1st night refunded or a free night stay, because I had to sleep on the chair, just so my handicapped brother could be comfortable on the bed. And whats going on with the air conditioner? They gave me a pool side room, my entire stay and it was Hot in there. No AC the entire time I stayed. Im in town a couple more nights and if I could be refunded or given a couple nights free with an air conditioned room for our troubles would be Greatly Appreciated. Thank You. The Evening Gentleman working is Very Nice and Attentive. Hes Very Respectful & Kind.

One of our rooms was listed as “out of order” and the other was listed currently as “dirty”. So they sent us to guest lodge... A sister hotel... A few blocks south of Vegas... walk in and... They didn’t think they had any rooms there either ... They were out of room keys so if he did find a room I needed to go back to the Vegas and get room keys to use there because he was the only one there and couldn’t leave to get me my keys for the room... He found two rooms and I went back to Vegas loading my gear and family again to get keys. Show up and they have no keys either. Was told to go back to Guest Lodge and have them use master key to let me in rooms and just use the rooms with no keys leaving doors open while they’re to come and go. At this point I had moved my belongings and children so much I just wanted a room for them to sleep as it was late at night. Go to our rooms and we were told none of the tvs worked. Enter room and we had no running water in one of our rooms. Outlets didn’t work, lights were broke/furniture vandalized and the rooms/hotel was beyond disgusting/trashed. I want my money back for both rooms along with complementary rooms at a DIFFERENT hotel for a future stay due to the inconvenience and displacement associated.

This property is so much better without Celia and Carlos! I had a decent stay this time. CELIA is the worst manager I've seen. No wonder she couldn't keep her employees.. The new manager is great though! 🙂
