“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at WelcomeHeritage Badi Kothi, Prayagraj. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great hospitality experience. A special thanks to Front Office Manager Dhananjaya and Romina Singh for their exceptional service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prayagraj. Looking forward to staying here again.”

“Room was clean staff was good overall a good experience ”

“This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. Toilets and bathrooms were well maintained and clean, and towels and toiletries are provided by the hotel. Hot water was available throughout the day. Breakfast which is good is available in the...

“Worst dormitory ever seen - fake picture ...no bed given as shown in the picture. poor quality of mattress (in fact it is just a plastic foam, not even matrass). bath room is worst. Do not recommended this for family stay.”

“No suggestion”

“Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips.”

“This is a girls hostel turned into a home stay. The toilet was not cleaned as per attached photo. For toiletries, all that was offered were two small pieces of soap. The photos of the bathroom on the website are deceptive - they do not show the whole bathroom because it is not worth showing. While the management and service was good and friendly, it does not compensate for the overall experience.”

“Arrived on 12/02/25, checked in the room was not , had booked a double king size bed , instead got two single bed , the fridge was not working , room was not cleaned , the breakfast in buffets only had four to five items, for what they were charging us for room which was 10000 rupees per night”

“The room was average and mosquitoes were many. They need to focus more on cleanliness. Even the reception staff is not that helpful or well-trained in that matter. ”

“Room service very poor & electrical wire of hot water tank is without plug , no hand towel ,only 1 bath towel ,& lots of things missing in room , very poor service,, ”

“The property is a rundown apartment , doesn't have proper ventilation. The Staff/Hotel Owner charged us 1000Rs more as we were 5 people to stay for 2 rooms. When booking the Hotel , I specifically mentioned that were 3 people and selected a Deluxe room (for 3 people) and Normal room (for 2 people)”

“Location was good”

“No accessibility to the ptoperty. It is in a small narrow lane where even a car can go. .Apporach to the property is not good. Customer service is poor.please donot recommend these type of propertiesin future.”
