As soon as you enter this flat, you will find yourself in the bright living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen.
A bathroom with shower and window is at your disposal.
The apartment is completed by a very comfortable double bedroom with beautiful parquet flooring and classic brick and wooden walls.

The beautiful swimming pool is shared and overlooks Lake Maggiore.
The area reserved for guests is the stone area around the perimeter of the pool.
The pool area it will be available to our guests at the following times:
-10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Brione Sopra Minusio is a 10-minute drive from Piazza Grande in Locarno. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
