This lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Step into a welcoming living area where a large sofa invites you to relax while enjoying your favorite shows on the TV. Sliding doors open onto a sunny balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or a peaceful evening unwind.
The space also features a modern kitchen fully equipped with integrated appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. You can gather around the dining table or enjoy a casual meal at the kitchen island, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere.
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and bedside tables to ensure a restful night’s sleep. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
Lastly, the contemporary bathroom includes a refreshing shower and elegant finishes, complemented by a wooden ladder-style towel rack for a stylish touch. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Mira, ideal for a relaxing stay between the coast and nature. Guests are close to the beautiful Praia de Mira, known for its long sandy beach, traditional fishing culture, and relaxed seaside atmosphere.
The area also offers scenic lagoon landscapes (Lagoa de Mira), cycling routes, and nature walks, perfect for outdoor activities. Nearby restaurants serve fresh seafood and local dishes, while the towns of Aveiro and Figueira da Foz are within easy reach for day trips.
It’s an ideal base for combining beach relaxation, nature, and authentic central Portugal charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro (Linha do Norte), is approximately a 30–35 minute drive from the property, offering direct connections to Porto, Lisbon, and other major cities.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is about a 1 hour 10–1 hour 20 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).


Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
