Welcome to this beautifully refurbished 4th floor Market Street Inn condo! Overlooking the vibrant Baytowne Wharf village, this beach-inspired lockout style two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, private bathroom with an oversized tub, and a standalone shower. Meanwhile, the secondary bedroom serves as a studio with two Queen-size beds, a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, along with its own private bath featuring a shower/tub combo. This room has a separate entrance from the hallway or can be accessed through the living room, and both bedrooms include sound machine alarm clocks for a restful sleep.

In the bright and cozy living room, you'll find a new smart flat screen 65-inch TV and a sleeper sofa. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy views of exciting events such as the Mardi Gras parade, golf cart parade, fireworks and other happenings in Sandestin.

The full kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and even a crockpot, allowing you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people, and the convenience of a washer/dryer inside the kitchen closet brings the comforts of home to your vacation.

As part of the gated community of Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf, you'll have access to free gated parking, shopping, dining, and leisurely strolls along the bay and resort. The amenities within the resort are extensive, including four golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a marina, zip lining, multiple pools, fitness center, fireplaces, grills, and a resort tram to transport you around the resort and to the beach.

For additional fun, various activities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, zip-lining, water sports, and more are available locally at an extra cost. And to make your beach experience even better, this unit includes a Beach Closet stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella for your private beach use at Sandestin's beautiful shoreline.

Perfect for our family!

Don’t wait to book this property! This was our 3rd time staying at Baytowne and it was hands down the best property we’ve ever booked. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable for our family. We loved the location because it was close to the pool, restaurants, shops, and fitness center. It was also very quiet-we never heard any of our neighbors or outside noise. The master bedroom was very large and the separate bathtub and shower was very nice. I also loved the large sink area to be able to get ready in the mornings. The second bedroom was perfect for my two kids. They loved having their own bed and the second bathroom made showering after the beach so much easier. They also loved having their own small refrigerator in their room. The condo had everything we needed. The owner even provided beach chairs, loungers, and an umbrella. This was nice because we didn’t have the space to travel with our own. The chairs were very nice quality and the umbrella was large enough to give everyone shade. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat! We hope to be back next year! Thank you for helping us have an amazing family vacation!

This condo and owner was the best. If you have children, there is everything steps away to do in the village. You have to take the tram to the beach but that was ok. We had bad weather everyday but still managed to have a lot of fun. You trade the ocean view but I was comfortable with my 18 year old and her friend going into the surrounding village when they were bored. That made a difference for me knowing it’s a family friendly area. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee too. The beds were even comfortable including the pull out!
