    På Tides @ Tops'l. Om du aldrig har gjort dig till Tops'l vet du inte vad du saknar. Denna plats har allt. Vacker strand. Egentligen bedöms bäst av Southern Living. Och om du inte kan lita på dem som kan du lita på. Otroliga vyer. Nära till golf.

    Tides är en del av Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort, som är en smula dab i mitten av 52 vackert anlagda tunnland gränsar till Mexikanska golfen och Topsail Hill State Preserve. WOW! Det finns 600 meter privata sandstränder. Det finns massor av saker att göra här, med aktiviteter och nattliv i närliggande Sandestin och andra noterade samhällen i väster och ett naturskydd för lugn och ensamhet i öster. Tops'l ger det bästa av båda världarna.

    Och om det inte var tillräckligt är Silver Sands Outlet Mall, en av de största i USA, mindre än 5 minuter bort. Sandestins populära Baytowne Wharf ligger tvärs över gatan i väst med affärer, utmärkta restauranger och underhållning på bukten. Konserter på onsdagar och familjefilmer på torsdagar är populära familjeutflykter på gräsmattan vid kajen. Sandestins nyligen utvecklade Grand Boulevard Town Center, i närheten av öster, har exklusiv shopping och många utmärkta restaurangalternativ. Det finns så mycket att göra här du kommer inte att kunna passa in i en veckas semester. Så stanna två!

Great property with easy access to the beach. Guest do not have access to both pools shown in picture. The oceanfront pool will not sell food or drinks to guest unless you have a “blue” wrist band. We had a green one. We went to a beach side bar at Sandestin, a short walk, and our money was gladly accepted.

Room was ok- some minor issues. TV not fully set up, tv in master bedroom only showered half a screen, bulb to microwave didn’t work, freezer wouldn’t stay closed, mold in the shower, missing handles on furniture, rust around certain baseboards. Maintenance request placed for the TV and freezer was handled quickly. Very disappointed to find out we did not have access to 3/4 of the resort amenities because we didn’t book with Tops’l. Resort prices but no access to the beach grill and one pool. Issues between various HOA passed on to the guest. Will have me looking for other places to stay and book with.

Condo was not very clean. There were dust balls in every corner. The freezer was not cleaned out from the guests before us. There was mold on the walls and ceiling of the master shower. The master bath also had a ton of rust. The unit was very outdated. On the good side, the resort was very nice. And you couldn't beat the view.

Perfect location

Location was beyond perfect! So easy-great views of the pool and the beach. So easy to get in and out of Tops’l, grocery store close, so many restaurants close!

Have stayed at Tides several timesDifficult to beat the units, low volume beach, location to shopping, groceries, restaurantsThis unit was nice. Second floor allows you to ignore elevators.

Great Stay

The condo was very nice, exactly how it looked in the pictures. The view was amazing, the balcony overlooks the pools and is very close to the beach it makes you feel like you’re sitting at the pool. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely book again in the future

Beautiful Views

Our family enjoyed this lovely 2nd floor condo’s beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The beds were comfortable. Quick access to the beach and amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawbacks: couch has dirty upholstery, cooking pans need replacing, coffee filters should be standard.

Great location. Nice pools. Living room furniture worn and not very clean.

Rental experience was ok. Had an issue with the AC while we were there and the management was very responsive.

Property is great. We love Tops’l ( The Tides building ) but this unit is dated and needing repairs / upkeep. Kitchen cabinet broken, mold and rust in master shower and bathrooms. Not sure when it was occupied or cleaned last. Dead bird on the patio furniture had been there a while. No curtain in livingroom ( I didn’t notice this in photos prior to booking ) was a little odd. People seeing in at night made us little uncomfortable. Host was prompt to reply via app during booking and prior to check in answered questions we had.

Much Needed Vacay

We’re familiar with this area, so the location is always great. Only a couple of negatives, a couple of beach chairs would have been great and living room had no drapes.

Perfect location and wonderful amenities

This condo served us perfectly. The location is excellent overlooking the pool and ocean. The master bathroom could use some updating but it was definitely clean. Walking distance to a couple restaurants on the beach. No check in process which made things so easy! Our family will remember this fantastic trip!

Open space living room

My favorite part of this unit was it’s open space living room/ dining area. The sofa and chaise lounge were so comfy the kids slept on it every night. Great location and views. We have no problems at all! I would definitely recommend staying in this unit.

Good condo, great location!

We loved our vacation at this condo. The location on the 2nd floor was great, we didn’t have to wait for the elevator every day. I wouldn’t recommend this condo for anyone with smaller children as there is no kid friendly kitchenware: plastic plates, bowls, cups, etc. Overall great space! The resort is incredible and the beaches are gorgeous!

Lovely Property, As Always

I've stayed on the premises multiple times and it was great as always. My only reason for not rating 5 stars is that the WiFi password did not work and I received no response on my multiple inquiries to the host regarding it.

Tops’l 203

Loved this property and everything there. Owners pool access, grill/bar, used stairs instead of elevator except check in/out. Great balcony. Miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball all right there. Beach access was stairs and a walkway, so my 86 year old Mama loved the walkway to get to that beach. We will be back.

The view that keeps on giving

I would give it a solid 5 if the freezer didn’t have issues. In fairness , the management offered to fix during our stay but we made do. You CAN NOT beat the location or view! I will be back and I don’t care if the freezer is a bit janky👍
