This condo was exactly as described and more. It was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated and great location. The view was fabulous even though we were not directly on the beach. Restaurant downstairs had great drinks and fabulous food. Check-in was quick & easy. The beach chairs & toys were great for the kids and the lounge chair on the balcony was the perfect spot to relax. I've never booked a condo that was so fully stocked. Highly recommend!

Great Condo

We come to Destin 1-2x a year… every year. We always stay at seascape. This is the best condo we have stayed in. She literally thought of every single thing that you could think of. It was nice, clean, and stocked with everything. We will definitely come back and stay here again if it’s available.

Beautiful home and perfect location. We went for a concert weekend it was very close to the venue and the beach. Within walking distance. I gave a couple of areas a 4 because of the one bedroom was more like a closet. There was no room to put your suitcases and they had to be stored in the master bedroom with the other guests. Other than that it was an amazing place and a wonderful experience.

Bachelorette trip

We had an amazing time on our trip and this property was nothing short of perfect!! It was clean, had all of the necessary supplies (kitchen, beach, blankets, towels), great location to Baytowne Wharf and restaurants, and was decorated so nice! I used the hospitality app which was so easy and had all the necessary information. Owner/management was so kind and even let us check in early when we arrived before 4pm which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Clean property .. a lot of amenities they don’t state, spices and items you normally bring don’t need to.. shower soap and shampoo and conditioners in the shower. .. Plus plastic zip lock bags and dishwashing detergent garbage bags and clothes detergent and dryer sheets available right there in condo The only downside is I wouldn’t call this a 3 bed room. I would call more like 2 1/2 bedroom. The very small bedroom would be used for very small children. Like 8 years old and under. No place to hang clothes etc very small dresser like a fabric dresser. And a double bed that takes up the whole room. Otherwise great view of the ocean and plenty of seating .. lots of extra toys for kids in the bench outside and beach chairs /umbrellas and wagon to carry to the beach inside in closets I would come back again with maybe 4 adults and very small children. They do have a sofa sleeper we didnt use. Because the girls wanted privacy Plenty of dishes and ports and pans 2 pools below which was great and walk to the beach was nice .. Host was very accommodating and answered quickly. Again I recommend but not for 8 people Unless very small children

Enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in Destin so I was really clueless when it came time to pick out a condo. This ended up being a good choice. The condo is in between 30A and Destin so it made it a quick trip either way you were going. It was a short walk to the beach; the water is beautiful! The condo was well equiped; had everything our family needed. The only negatives for us was too many barn doors (no locks on any bedroom doors, the one bedroom was a little small (but was good enough for my teenage daughter, two people might be pushing it) and bring your own blowdryer. Overall we were pleased with our stay for 4 nights.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautifully decorated with updated touches. We found it to be very clean and well cared for. There was plenty of room for our multi family group. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. It doesn’t have a large dining table if that is important to you. There’s a table with 3 chairs and the bar has 3 stools. For us there was rarely a time when we were all eating at the same time. The balcony is very spacious and all the beds were very comfortable. The condo is in a great location with lots of activities in close proximity. Added plus for the bar and cafe located on the first floor. Highly recommend this unit!
