It also enjoys expansive gulf and dune lake views through a sliding glass door on one end of the living room. The glass door leads to a breezy balcony furnished with a wooden table and chairs. The informal dining area is situated on the other side of the living room. The natural hardwood table is situated on a neutral-toned rug. Six chairs and a bench seat surround the table. A candelabra chandelier hangs above the whole setup, creating a laidback dining ambiance. Tile floors flow into the open kitchen, which features honey-toned cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, black granite counters, and a raised buffet bar with saddle-stool seating.

Step into the primary suite, which boasts a regal king-size, four-poster bed with a gracefully carved headboard. A matching dresser and nightstands add to the elegance. A Persian rug, reading chair, and flatscreen TV pull the room together. The room includes balcony access and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The cozy guest bedroom is warm and inviting. It has a queen-size bed, sunny window, and TV. An additional sleeping nook off the hallway has a twin bunk.

The Ariel Dunes II amenities add to the guest vacation experience. These include three refreshing swimming pools. Each is surrounded by a sun-soaked patio and pool chairs for lounging. An onsite fitness center with cardio and weight machines overlooks the pool area. There is a tennis court for those who prefer to exercise outdoors. The beach is less than a five-minute stroll from the property. Take the scenic route to the beach via a wooden walkway over the coastal dune lake.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
