Room 1410 is located on the south west corner of the 14th floor in Ariel Dunes 2. This unit is huge and offers amazing sunset views. It features two balconies; one facing southwest the other on the north side facing North West overlooking the golf course.

You have a king bedroom on the north end of condo with a full bathroom attached. This room has a northwest facing balcony. There is a bunk room located in the center of the condo. This room has two sets of twin bunks (4 twin’s total) and a large full bathroom attached. The laundry room is located just across the hall from this room. The kitchen living room and dining room make up one massive great room. The updated kitchen has a nice sized bar top and flows right into the dining room which has a luxurious dining table great for family meals! The living room has a ton of space and balcony access. All of the common areas have views of the gulf. The master suite is located on the south end of the condo. This room has a king bed, large master bathroom and balcony access. This room has stunning gulf views.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
