We enjoyed our stay. The kids especially. I loved the in house restaurant and beach access. I dont do lizards and did not see one on this trip. The views were fantastic.

The condo was clean…a little dated, but who cares..you are at the beach with private beach access. Everything needed was there, including a Keurig that wasn’t listed..so, YAY🎉 The only thing I didn’t like is that it’s a pretty far walk to the beach, but I’m 72 & a little wobbly at times, those with no problem walking ( as my husband) would have no trouble at all…having beach stuff in the condo was also a plus 🏖️

Condo was great, clean, amazing view and property. The only suggestion I have is to update the televisions and there are a few maintenance issues but they are minor and we really loved our stay.

Great location! Nice unit, no issues with property access. The view is amazing. The beach service was welcomed and appreciated. We talked to some people we met in the area and they told us how great the owners are. If you're looking for a nice spot to go to the beach, lay by the pool, or close to good shopping and dining options, this is a great space. We're considering renting it again later this year.

The view off of the belcony is worth everything. You can see for miles and miles. Don't miss the sunrise! The resort overall was fantastic. The sky walk made it super convenient to walk to the beach. I felt comfortable letting my preteens walk over by themselves since they didn't have to cross the street. The layout of the condo was perfect for people with different schedules. We wanted to sleep, the kids wanted to stay up all night. With bedrooms on opposite ends, we would just shut the door to our wing and we didn’t hear any noise from the kids. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and great views wish I could have been there the whole week as originally planned. The only thing was the parking garage. Maybe we parked in the wrong one? I used the one that said restaurant. The other stated owners there was really nothing stating which one .

Property was perfect. Second room was in the other side of the house which allowed my husband and alone time. The condo was spacious, beautiful, and perfect. We absolutely LOVED it!!

This property absolutely exceeded our expectations! Easy check-in, spacious, amazing view from all rooms and balcony,…. Most importantly, a quick walk across the street to the beach! The pictures of the ocean view just don’t do it justice! More than once we ditched our plans to spend more time lounging on the balcony with our coffee to enjoy the view, along with the warmth of the morning sun and the sound of the waves. Tastefully decorated, great communication with management. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub, walking the beach, and playing Pickleball on site. Small cosmetic issue..fridge could be updated. Otherwise, the unit was fantastic and we hope to return in the future.

We stayed here a week and there were some minor issues but Julie is a fantastic host and very quick to respond. The location is great with tons of restaurants nearby. We were always within a 20 minute drive of just about anywhere. 30 minutes to seaside air stream row, 20 to the boardwalk (traffic adds time). I was worried about the beach being across the street but it's really not that big a deal. There is a bridge you can take but it takes you down through a bar so we opted to avoid it. The beach may be private but it's not really. It's open and accessible to everyone so just keep that in mind. The view from the balcony is pretty sweet and even when chilling in the living room you can get a good eyeful. We would definitely come back here again.

This was our first stay at this property, and we had an amazing time. The online description is accurate. Julie, our host, is extremely attentive to our questions and requests. The unit is well-organized and equipped with everything we needed (they also have a Keurig so that was a bonus ..lol..). The beach chair and umbrella service ended in October, but Julie was able to provide us with some of their own beach chairs to bring down and enjoy the water. The view is fantastic! Perfect getaway for our anniversary in our favorite place. We're excited to come back in the spring. We recommend seeing the dolphin show in Gulffarium. As always, the best places to eat are: BoShamps (#1 fave), McGuires, Mimmo's Ristorante, Mama Clemenza's for Breakfast (the chicken and Cinnabon is to die for), and 2 Birds Coffee & Cafe. The Royal Palm Grille at the Surfside Resort serves good sushi, burgers, and cocktails.
