Love this property

Our second time staying at this property. We love it! Close walk to beach’s shops and restaurants! Does get hot upstairs but that’s expected in a town home in the heat of summer!

Great vacay

Me and my friends stayed here for a short trip to Miramar. The house was right off the beach, so it was nice to be able to walk to the water whenever we wanted to. The house was clean and nice, we made ourselves right at home quickly. I would definitely stay here again

Cute townhouse

The place was upgraded and super nice. Very clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming at night. Only a short walk to the beach and great view from the balcony. I will definitely be back! Management company was great! No issues at all!

Perfect little place to stay!

The townhouse was great! Short and easy walk to the beach as well as dining and shops. The beds were comfy and had plenty of extra towels, linens and pillows for the beds. Check in and out process was simple and easy. Company was great with communicating and answering any questions within minutes via text. Would def recommend this unit to family and friends.

We received the check-in access codes promptly at the time indicated. Upon arrival, property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything needed was provided. The view of the beach from the balcony was a nice touch. The beach truly is a 2 min walk away which was perfect for us given we had our infant with us. Excellent property and managed well. We would definitely come back.

Great Beach Access

We love being able to walk to the beach and use the pool. Nice kitchen and beds are very good. Love the walking paths on this stretch of Miramar. Unit has all we need. Cable was not working and Compass sent a maintenance person and called HOA. The HOA called Cox cable who came on Saturday and got things fixed for us.. Since there was an issue it was nice to know they made sure we got things fixed. They followed up with us to let us know what was happening.

Air not cold

The A/C wasn’t that efficient. We have stayed in other condos at Blue Surf and never had a problem with the Air. This trip we had to go and buy a big fan for the master bedroom. The fridge wasn’t getting cold so our first day there we had to go buy an extra cooler and ice to keep food cold because they stayed at Compass Resorts that they didn’t recommend me putting anything perishable in fridge for 8 hours. That to me is unacceptable on a rental property knowing people bring food/groceries.

Great Location

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk that crosses a street to get to the beach. My almost 2 year old walked it perfectly fine. The pool was nice and neighborhood was relatively quiet. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The house is as pictured, but I do believe it is important to note that the master bedroom and living room are upstairs and the guest room/bath and kitchen are on the main level, which was a bit odd but we weren’t in the home much during the day anyway. The house was relatively clean with the exception for dust. We raised the blinds once and dust went everywhere. I also wish the appliances and showers were updated. The dryer took quite a while to actually dry our clothing but it eventually worked. Overall I would recommend to others and would stay here again due to the location.

Conveniently located

We loved the fact that it was convenient for the beach
 but unfortunately the space has not really been updated in some areas. We couldn’t use the pull out couch as it’s all old and I’m sure broken as you can feel every spring. There was no way to rinse the sand off before entering as the water is shut off in the front. The dryer squeaks so horribly we had to make sure to time the use of it. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is not properly installed that it was hard to try and get the water temp right too. Again definitely loved the convenience of how close it is but definitely in need of some upgrades.

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

This stay was a 50th anniversary trip. Could not have chosen a better place. Few steps to the beach, great pool, condo very beachy and comfortable. Everything provided. We drove from Texas and it was worth every mile. Would love to visit again. Great anniversary.
