✹This 2nd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun offers views of the Emerald Coast from the living room, the master bedroom, and the oversized balcony.

✹A new, 6-seater golf cart is included with this property, which is a $150/day value (based on local rental rates). The golf cart is perfect for shuttling people to the beach or cruising to the numerous restaurants in the area. The beach front road, Scenic Highway 98, is very safe and golf cart friendly.

✹This 2BR/2BA condo is bright, beachy, spacious, and comfortable (Sleeps 7). It is fully stocked with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your home away from home. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, beachy decor, a large 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.

✹Adjacent to the living room, the master bedroom features a King bed, Gulf views, a Smart TV, and a large closet and bathroom. Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, 32" TV, private closet, and private bathroom.

Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ Given the golf cart provided with this home, guests must sign e-sign a simple liability waiver prior to their arrival. Thank you for your understanding!
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
