    När du har öppnat dörren till den här fjärde våningen, stranden på Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, vet du att du gjorde rätt val för din ESCAPE. Ägarna har omnjutit sin egendom med ny golvplattor, mattor i sovrummen, kakelplattor i köket, nya möbler och färgglada hela - ljusa, luftiga, skarpa och färska.

    Den nya vardagsrumssoffan har en solstol som passar perfekt för att njuta av den vackra utsikten över stranden. Det har också en bäddsoffa om det behövs, för att försäkra att alla gäster kan sova bekvämt. Du kommer att njuta av fantastisk utsikt från din privata balkong, perfekt för att koppla av och dricka ditt morgonkaffe eller en uppfriskande cocktail på kvällen.

    Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett eget master bad. Alla madrasser har nyligen bytt ut och en ny Smart TV har lagts till. Öppna rena draperierna och ha en fantastisk panoramautsikt över stranden. Det andra sovrummet har enkelsängar och en badkar / dusch combo.

    Det fullt möblerade köket har allt du behöver för att förbereda dina måltider. För nätterna vill du bara koppla av efter en rolig dag med simning i viken eller koppla av vid poolen. Matsalen rymmer plats för 6 vid bordet, med ytterligare 2 bardstolar.

    Beachside One, med en nyinredad lobby, sitter direkt på stranden bara några steg från strandpromenaden. Byggnaden erbjuder gästerna WIFi, ett gym och en säsongsuppvärmd pool och bubbelpool.

    På nätterna som du vill njuta av en utekväll, erbjuder Baytowne Wharf Village en mängd restauranger. Allt från bra mat, till pizza, Bar-B-Q och mycket mer. Eller få den senaste filmen på Grand Boulevard i den nya tio-skärmsbiotan. Sandestin har över fem miles av asfalterade stigar för jogging och cykling, naturvandringar, tre offentliga golfbanor och tennisbanor.

Beautiful vacation

This property is perfectly located and very easy to navigate. The pool was surprisingly cold, that was our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again at this time.

Will stay again

Great view. Nice pool and hot tub. Check in and out was easy. Comfy beds and linens. I recommend staying here. One suggestion is having a couple of beach chairs and beach toys in the closet.

The perfect way to end our summer!

This was a last minute vacation for our family of 4 before school starts and it was wonderful! Everything was easy, beautiful, and convenient for our stay! We loved the condo and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great right off the beach. The beach chair rental company is right off the beach access and they were very nice and helpful all week. The condo has beautiful views, is exactly as described and just perfect for our family. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back next summer.

Family Weekend

Wonderful views but lacked in accurate accommodations due to broken sleeper sofa. Needs lots of maintenance work due to moldy walls and damage from possible leaks. Had nasty issues with bugs especially in the master bedroom. The place had a very strong Clorox/ clean smell when we first arrived but soon became a rotten smell the next two days. The main bathroom shower door frame is not securely attached. Way too many problems to deal with for a weekend getaway

We had an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience with Platinum Vacations, and unfortunately cannot recommend booking with them.We discovered bed bugs in the bedroom—a serious and disturbing issue. We were traveling with a baby, which made this situation even more upsetting and difficult to manage. The bites were painful and unpleasant, and weeks later, I’m still dealing with the effects of the bites I received during that stay.To their credit, the property manager responded quickly and moved us to another unit. However, having to pack everything up and move with an infant was incredibly inconvenient and stressful—especially since we were only just settling in. Unfortunately, the second unit had a broken air conditioning system, and once again, we were offered another move. At that point, we decided to leave altogether and booked a hotel at our own expense.Only after all of this—bed bugs, multiple moves, and no working AC—was a refund offered.While the manager communicated professionally, the situation was unacceptable. Bed bugs should never be an issue in a professionally managed vacation rental. The lack of proper inspection, the poor condition of the second unit, and the overall disruption to our trip were incredibly frustrating.We will not be booking with Platinum Vacations again.

Overall a good experience. Condo could be a little cleaner and maintained a little better. There was a plate of food under the bed from previous renters. Drain in master sink and second bath tub did not drain well. Smoke detector beeped in the middle of night which can be prevented. We bought batteries and changed it for the next person. Older appliances. Refrigerator cover was broken and falling off. Broken beach chair in closet. Pretty condo but could use some upkeep.

Perfect!

The condo was beautiful, and the view was gorgeous. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of drawer/storage space. This building has a private beach with security that keeps non-residents from setting up tents which was a plus since the adjacent beach was ridiculously crowded. The pool and pool furniture was very nice. Property management was very responsive to the one issue we had with the stove while we were there. The worst complaint I have is dull kitchen scissors! (-; We will absolutely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned. The unit is very nice and has a good view. The problem was that the washing machine did not work --filled with water and stalled. We had to pull our wet clothes out and rinse them in the tub. Then the dryer took over an hour for the load to even semi dry. Need new appliance. Kind of tainted the entire stay as the freezer was not cold enough but a call to maintenance was able to correct.

Upon arrival the TVs were playing music, and you are drawn in by the view of the beach out the patio door. It was clean and well stocked. We’ve stayed at the complex before and love the easy beach access and less crowded beach (the properties on each side are more crowded than Beachside One). The beds were very comfy and the AC works great! The master bathroom is spacious with a regular corner shower. We loved this condo and would stay here again! Miramar is less crowded than Destin. You can choose to stay in Miramar or go a little west to avoid to tourist traffic of Destin, but Destin is super close also (traffic was pretty busy).

Great Complex, Good Unit

We had a wonderful stay in unit 4048 -- we really appreciated the Beachside One amenities and not-very-crowded beach and pool. It's close to restaurants and Publix, and we would definitely stay at Sandestin again. Parking was a challenge at times because of work being done to the parking lot, but that should be short-term issue. However, as you'll see in reviews below, the appliances in the unit are old and although we followed instructions by not overloading the refrigerator it never stayed cold enough to keep our milk from going bad in 4 days, and the dryer doesn't work well enough to dry swimsuits (we didn't overload it). So, if you're planning on being able to wash clothing and towels in the evenings, make sure there has been a replacement or repair to the machine.

Pick this one and you will have picked a winner!

Condo unit: This unit was clean, fresh, open, roomy, well equipped and had a beautiful view. Check in and out was easy. All done by keypad. Condo: The pool was just renovated 7/3/21 and was modern and relaxing. The condo is on a private beach (with security). During the busy time in July we actually had space around us on the beach and in the ocean which was not the case for the surrounding beach area. Location: This condo is on a lovely property that offers putt-putt golf, golf, tennis, basketball and many trails for running or biking. You can easily drive to the Publix grocery, restaurants and the main area of Destin. If you don't want to drive hop on the ffree tram/shuttle and head to Baytown Warf to shop, eat and drink. Also, you can take short walk on the beach to The Beach House restaurant which offers live music good food and drinks.

Nice to be close to the bottom because the elevators can get very busy at times. Only recommendation would be to put a louvered vent on the guest bedroom. In order for the living area and master to be comfortable the guest bedroom gets too cold. Overall great experience.
