Unit 408A at Majestic Sun is a one-bedroom beachview vacation rental that offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the emerald waters of the Gulf. As soon as you enter the open-concept living space, you'll be captivated by the sweeping scenery, framed by a wall of glass doors that open to a breezy balcony with outdoor seating. The panoramic views stretch across the sparkling beach, offering vistas as far as the eye can see into the southern horizon. You'll find yourself eager to relax here, soaking in the vibrant views, listening to the calming sounds of the surf, and sipping a tropical drink. The living room is furnished with a plush gray couch and matching loveseat, all positioned to take in the view, along with a flat-screen TV for added entertainment. The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, features a breakfast bar with raised stools for casual dining. The bedroom, adorned in soothing creamy tones, includes a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath. A cozy twin bunk nook is tucked down the hallway, offering access to another full bath, which doubles as a convenient powder room. With a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, this condo comfortably accommodates up to six beach-loving guests.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
