Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I got what I paid for. It was the cheapest 2 br/2bath with 1 King and 2Queens. So I really shouldn't complain. BUT....I will mention the over usage of decorative pillows with bedding in master. There was easily 6-8 "decorative pillows" that ended up taking up more space in the room on the floor. I ended needing 3 of them to keep the detached headboard from slamming against the wall when turning in bed! I wish owners and mgmnt. companies would really take a closer look at headboard and mattresses regularly. A noisy bed can really leave a bad impression!BTW- This balcony does not allow you a view of the beautiful sunsets. Your view faces east. I should've asked owners about that tidbit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is great. I have started at the Seascape Resort property several times and am usually extremely satisfied with the property/units. I have previously stayed in the Ariel Dunes buildings, but this time I chose the Majestic Sun. The only wow factor for this unit was the view. I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit. The first thing I noticed was the filthiness of the sofa. It is extremely worn and dirty. The cushions are flat in the center. We had to cover it with d bed sheet in order to feel comfortable enough to sit on it. Using the sofa sleeper was not even an option. The small appliances in the kitchen were full of build-up from not being cleaned properly over time. The baseboards were covered in dust and dirt. We did not feel as if we were in a place that was taken care of. It would be beneficial for the owner or manager to do a walk thru of the unit. The large appliances were nice and upgraded. I will stay at the property again, just not the Majestic Sun. I will choose the Ariel Dunes going forward.

Good location but the hotel had no life to it. The property was clean just the room did not have good cleaning prior to our visit. I think they had nicer places with more life to them in the same area. Idk the coat comparison. We went for the concert and enjoyed that being close

Good spot on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited this location for a short last minute stay at the beach. Even though the condo is located across the street from the beach, there wasn’t anything built directly on the beach in front of the condo. The unobstructed view was beautiful! Great walking path passes directly in front of condo which was great for jogging in the morning. The condo was great for our short stay, however if I were saying for a week, I would prefer a more comfortable space. The balcony is tiny with just a couple of pieces of furniture that were in terrible shape, so we spent no time out there. The only complaint inside was that the couch could use a good cleaning or replacement and the coffee table was broken. Several restaurants nearby, but nothing close enough to walk that we found. The complimentary beach chairs are nice, but make sure you know where to go to reserve them. They are not directly in front of this building. It’s not a big deal, but we stood in line at the wrong hut and by the time we were directed to the correct hut, there were no front row chairs left. Again, not a big deal, but wish we had a better understanding of that ahead of time. Overall, it was a good condo at a reasonable price for beachfront.

We pay all this money every year to stay at the MS and it’s not livable. They need to make the owners of these condos update to better clean furniture. I don’t live at home like that. And you think I want to travel 5 hours paying over 1400$ to be ready to go back home. I have been staying at the MS for the last 10 years and back then the rooms was clean and nice just like the pictures they show when you book. The last couple years been disgusting. Furniture red but it’s black bc it’s dirty. You gotta fry your clothes over 20 times for them to dry. Sheets dingy had to go to Walmart and buy sheets and blankets bc the ones they had on them wasn’t clean. The lighting in the rooms very dim. The outside furniture we couldn’t even set in bc it couldn’t hold us bc it’s dry rotten. I just left there in September of last year and the room I had on the 5th floor was the same way. 😡😡😡😡 then you calls down ti the front office they tell you they can’t do nothing bout it. Give me some of my money back I’ll go somewhere else that’s better than this junk😡😡😡😡

The only real complaint is that the furniture was shabby, uncomfortable, and somewhat soiled. We really enjoyed the Cabana’s music and food. The gif course needs work, but I understand it will be undergoing some changes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Seascape Resort. The check in process was very easy. Resort seemed very secure. Gates at both entrances, key pads at doors and gates and security guards at pool area. Unit we stayed in was fairly clean. There were a couple of sticky spots on the floor and sand on counter top. Condition of unit was fine although there was evidence of wear and tear. Balcony was nice to sit on. Furniture on balcony has seen better days. Overall, unit was fine for our stay. We really enjoyed the golf course that was on property. Golf pro was awesome and our son had a couple of lessons with him. Beach access very close and free beach service was a plus. Pool area was nice. We ate at Cabana Cafe for dinner and food was pretty good and they had some musical entertainment that was pretty good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was dirty. It was not new dirt. Bathroom floors terrible. Not a single bed out of the three decent to sleep in. Very sparsely furnished. Had one teaspoon and one six inch skillet. Only 7 pool bracelets but envelope said 8 and we would be charged $30 for missing bracelet. Never saw any rental people to help anywhere. Hot tub not hot. I certainly would not stay in this unit again. They should invest some money in unit if they want to rent it out. Also golf carts were taking up parking places.

Small bake pan. Furniturevery worn. Balcony furniture fallen apart. Not a lot of room for 8 people.Dryer took at least 2 hours to dry. Fan light in extra Bedroom was barley hanging. We had to remove it for safety. Tried to sweep the floors. Dirt went right through the broom. Pull out sofa still had sheet from previous guest.We just made the best of it. GIVE THIS UNIT A OVERHAUL.

Would have been a great place to stay if the room had been clean. If you are going to charge a cleaning fee then the least you can do is make sure the rooms are clean.
