This two bedroom vacation rental offers a fabulous view of this sensational scenery with a breezy balcony off of the main living area. This property has been decorated with stylish comfortable furnishings and serene natural colors accented with soft pastels in the bedrooms and kitchen. A plush couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa and faces the gulf as well as a wall mounted flat screen TV. A dining table seats six with soft wicker chairs and a custom bench. A fully equipped kitchen has additional seating for 2 at the eat-in bar. The Primary Bedroom has a full bath en suite, a king size bed, and a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. The lovely Guest Bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk, a wall mounted TV and has use of a full hall bathroom that doubles as a convenient powder room.

Down below, a sun deck with a big pool and bubbling hot tubs face the beautiful beach. An awesome indoor pool has a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows allowing you to see the jewel-toned gulf while swimming in a climate controlled environment. Across Scenic Gulf Drive is a long palm studded boardwalk that provides easy access to the shimmering white sand beaches. In no time you may go from taking a dip in one of the pools to floating around in the luminescent waters of the glowing gulf. A state of the arts fitness center is also on site.

Majestic Sun features double towers overlooking the glittering waters of the gulf in Destin’s Miramar Beach. The towers are interconnected as one at the top with a soaring arch that goes right through the middle of its center. It is an architectural masterpiece and local icon due to the unique distinctive look. The sugar white beach extends ribbon like across 2,000 linear feet of the glorious gulf with sparkling sun splattered waters that spread out towards the southern horizon.

This tremendous location in Miramar Beach is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, golf at Seascape where Ocean Reef guests receive special rates, shopping at the nation’s largest designer outlet mall known as Silver Sands and family entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
