Renovations now complete! Come enjoy paradise at Summit 1005 condo within Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, 300 yards from the beach! This marvelous 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,141 sq ft vacation rental can comfortably sleep 6 people and offers all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, comfortable furnishings throughout, and access to shared on-site amenities.
The master bedroom includes breathtaking ocean views, and is equipped with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom as well as access to the large patio.
The second bedroom includes two twin size beds with a dresser and closet for plenty of storage. Portable double mattress also available.
Summit 1005 offers a large in-unit washer and dryer for additional convenience.

Summit 1005 is located 300 yards from the beach with direct beach access to Tops’l resort private beach. Additional Tops’l resort features include:

Summit Penthouse Stay
We loved staying at this beautiful condo. The views from both the living room and master bedroom of the ocean were breathtaking. My wife enjoyed her coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the waves. If you’re looking for a place to go with your family or friends this is the place to stay.

Great Condo & Experience
This was my 1st booking with Vrbo so wasn’t sure what to expect. The Condo was great & even better than my expectations! It had everything needed for our family of 5 & I would definitely book this rental again. Only downfall was the temp. A/C set at 71 & unable to change it so was a little uncomfortable to sleep since we normally set ours at 68 for nighttime. Nice property with beautiful beach view 😍

Graduation trip
We had the best time! Location was great, condo was super cute. Recommend you bring a cart or cooler with wheels to get you to beach! It’s a little bit of a walk but very doable. Our host was great and easily accessible. I left my Roku and he is kind enough to ship back to me ❤️ would stay again!

Incredible views
We had an absolutely amazing weekend at this wonderful condo. The view from the living room and master bedroom are incredible! My favorite spot was the comfy chair sitting by the big window in master bedroom.
We could not have asked for better weather and beautiful clear blue water. We saw so much wildlife in the ocean (dolphins, turtle, stingrays and 2 manatee!) We definitely want to plan another trip to come back!!! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Great condo in a perfect area
The condo is renovated and roomy. The location is just outside of the business of Destin but close enough to many restaurants, shopping and activities. The resort is nice and the pool at the summit is spacious and heated in the cold months. Check out the nature preserve next to the property too! Great place for families!
