Your master suite comes with a king bed, tv, balcony access, dazzling gulf view and a private bath. Private bathroom features a double vanity sink with a walk-in shower.
Family or friends can enjoy two double beds and access to the second full bathroom. Second full bathroom can also be accessed by hallway entrance. Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.*All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
