When we arrived after looking around there were dirty towels in the bath tub and you could tell the bathroom had not been cleaned and the bed wasn’t changed. I called the owner and he had someone there soon. The property was nice, we chose this place because it was dog friendly. The area was nice good location, we walked to dinner twice, we enjoyed that. The only really complaint I have is the pictures are a little deceptive I thought that we would be facing the beach but actually it is the furthest room from the beach, but still not a bad walk.

Wonderful stay!! Condos was exactly as described. Unit was very clean. Had everything we needed. Great location. Very short walk to the beach. It was even walking distance to a couple of restaurants and bars! Short driving distance to Destin as well as Miramar Beach restaurants. I do recommend that if you need specialty cooking utensils/dishes/cookware, bring it with you. Kitchen was stocked with basics but we had to improvise a few times but, in full disclosure, my husband is picky about kitchenware.

Week At The Beach

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Mirimar Beach and this condo worked very well for us. We liked the main floor as we brought our dog, easy accessibility to walk him out the slider door and to the dog park area. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and appointed with everything we could need. The Maravilla complex is undergoing a facelift on the exterior, it looks fantastic. A short walk to the beach, the inclusion of the two chairs and umbrella was fantastic. We did miss our gulf view in the morning however overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for your beautiful condo and hospitality.

Amazing spot

We were only here for a short period of time due to my work schedule, but we made it happen and this place was amazing. The pool is right across the way I could see it at the front door and the beach walk around the corner out the back door and we’re gonna be to the beach literally three minutes that’s an amazing location and we had lots of fun in our time here.

We had a wonderful trip!

The condo was super cute, and perfect for the 4 of us. The private beach is a short walk and includes an umbrella and chairs each day. The trolley on property was a bonus! Very helpful lugging all of our stuff to and from the beach. We had a wonderful trip! Thank you

Weekend trip

Very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. It was a quick weekend trip with the girls. Convenient location. It was a small walk to beach but not bad. Only thing I wish we had known is you can not use tents on beach. Even if it’s placed behind everyone. They do not allow them at all. They do provide two chairs and umbrella, which is very convenient, but not if you have a group. If you have a tent/canopy, you have to walk to public beach.
