Med två sovrum och två badrum, är vår lägenhet smakfullt inredda på plats chic stil, och har 18 meters takhöjd. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, generös garderob och ett badrum. Vår gäst sovrummet har en drottning säng och ett badrum.

Rymliga och avkopplande, är vardagsrummet stora nog för hela familjen att njuta av en film. För oväntade gäster, omvandlar soffan till en säng. Förbered en läcker måltid i vår välsorterade kök med bardisk sittplatser. Varva ner efter en dag på stranden på den överdimensionerade tillbaka veranda med utsikt över Grand Sandestin poolanläggningen.

Baytowne Wharf är en glädje! Promenera till restauranger i världsklass, modebutiker, och en mängd olika familjevänliga aktiviteter såsom en zip-linje, bungee-trampolin hoppning, kvällsunderhållning, en karusell, klättervägg, en lekplats område och fjärrstyrda båtar. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in! The photos were outdated, there have been newer updates to the bedding, furniture and decor. We loved the high ceilings, decor and how clean the property was. It was a plus for the children to have one of the pools so close. The golf cart was a selling point for us, and made commuting very convenient to the restaurants, stores and the beach. We took a few daily rides to cool off from the heat, and explore the community. On July 4th, we walked less than 5 mins to the Wharf to watch the fireworks. We loved how close it was, and felt safe with the kiddos. We frequented the Wharf almost everyday. The communication before and during our stay was top tier. Any question was responded to within minutes. The information prior to arrival was so helpful and prepared us for a very easy check-in. That was a huge deal traveling with kiddos and in the evening. It was probably the easiest check-out process I’ve had too. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Canceled on short notice

They canceled our reservation hours before check in due to a broekn AC. We appreciated their effort to find a new condo, but ultimately we found a different place. We stay at this condo every year and love absolutely love it.

Terrible experience

First of all we showed up to check in after the time we were given to do so. Once we entered the condo it was filthy and smelled awful. The listing states no pets allowed!! There are kitchen bowls on the floor with canned dog food and water in them. I mark the bottom of them and sure enough they finally ended up in the cabinets for my family to eat out off no THANKS!! The cleaning crew arrived and they also were shocked at the condition of the condo. I battled my allergies all week due to being allergic to dog and cat hair. As soon as you opened the door from returning back to the condo the animal food was all you could smell. If my kids were no so excited to be at the beach I would have been willing to lose my money and return home. No a fun vacation experience if you have animals and take them to your condo don’t list it as no pets allowed. Have the decency to mention animals have been in condo but guest are not allowed to bring them. The lighting the bedrooms are awful bring a flashlight if you want to see to pick out your clothes and plug outlets need to be checked.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

The unit is in a perfect location! It is in walking distance to Baytown Warf’s shops and restaurants. The golf cart had a problem, which was fixed immediately. The beds were quite comfortable. We loved walking outside the unit onto a spacious patio. The area is quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation! I would definitely rent this unit again.

Family Vacation

The location and golf cart are fantastic! Unfortunately, The condo was dirty-makeup on bathroom door, floors and carpet had food, and my husband had to kill a roach. With the cleaning fee charged, this rental should be better.

The condo is smaller than the pictures show. Refrigerator is very small, no icemaker, bathroom sink wouldn't drain and had a leak underneath it. Otherwise it was a pleasant place to stay

The location was great. The condo was in very sad shape. HVAC had to be fixed while we were there. The refrigerator was small and had rust and mold on the inside. Toilets had black around the rims. Outdated kitchen. 1 remote for 3 tvs. Patio was dirty. We had to clean and sweep before sitting out there. Glass patio door lock was broken. We have pictures of all of this if needed.

Wonderful spot!

I stayed at this property with my husband and our 3 children. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Being on the lower level and so close to the pool is a huge bonus especially with a 6, 2 and 9 month old. The "little town" that you are in is great. So many different things for the kids to enjoy, restaurants, and shops. The Golf cart was a HUGE PLUS. Actually its something that you MUST have at this type of resort. The ONLY downfall was that it is about a 10min golf cart ride to the beach( even though the kids love to ride on it) . Once you get to the beach you have to walk about 1/2 mile down the beach b/c of all the condos beach chairs. You can rent but its a little expensive when you have your own. This is defiantly a perfect spot for an adults only trip or if you enjoy the pool more so then the beach. We enjoyed the condo, pool and the resort very much!!

Great property and very responsive!

Everything was great! I wish they would have let us know that there was construction all over the property. There were workers literally just outside of our patio the whole time, so we were not able to enjoy it with privacy. Also, the unit next door was being remodeled and they started jackhammering at 7:30 am. I realize this is out of the owner’s control, but they might just try to know when these things are happening and give guests a heads up.

Property location helped

We enjoyed our stay but mainly due to location. I rented this property due to having a golf cart but that backfired. The golf cart never worked at all called to have it looked at and the answer it was plugged in properly. It only plugs in one way. Room needs some better cleaning and small issues fixed. Bright side it’s right in front of the pool and very short walk to Restaurants. Property disclaimer did explain the golf cart was no guarantee and I know why now.

Really enjoyable vacation

Really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sandestin everything was just as advertised. Place was very clean and we really felt quite comfortable during our stay. Everything is right there, we only left the resort a couple times that was by choice. Property Management group was quick to respond from pre- booking questions all the the way through the one question we had during or stay. Tatum seemed to be really interested in seeing we really enjoyed our trip....Will definitely go back.

We got there from a ten hour drive to find the room not clean sand on the floor carpet not vacuum the place smelled very musty we had to clean the hold place up not what you won’t after a long drive so the next morning when to cook the stove did not work called the manger to tell her what was going on she didn’t believe me that the place was not clean and smelled musty she said she would bring some fresher that day never did took all day to turn the breaker on so we could cook the place need up dating couches where worn out the place needs a lot of updating go location the place need a lot of work golf cart was great for getting a round.

Nice place.

Very large, beautiful living room and master suite. Kitchen is small and adequate. Second bedroom is not attached to second bathroom. You have to walk across the condo eating area to get to the bathroom from the second bedroom. Probably helpful for some people looking to book this property.
