Alerio C101 is an absolute gem of a vacation spot! Situated in a gated community just steps away from the beach, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. The first-floor location with a patio provides easy access to the beach walkway, allowing you to soak in the sounds of the waves crashing nearby. Inside, the condo boasts 10 ft ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The fresh interior design, inspired by the colors of the sea, sets the tone for a truly relaxing beach vacation. The living area is furnished in warm coastal style, with plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances has everything you need to prepare meals for the family, and the farm table and breakfast bar provide ample seating for dining together. With a primary bedroom featuring a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional bunkroom with a full over full bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. Plus, the stackable washer/dryer adds convenience for longer stays. Outside of the condo, the community amenities at Alerio offer even more opportunities for relaxation and fun, from the pool and hot tub to the barbecue grills and outdoor picnic area. And with its proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment, and popular attractions, there's no shortage of things to see and do nearby. Just keep in mind the parking situation – only one spot and pass are provided inside the complex, with additional parking available nearby for a fee. PARKING...Only 1 vehicle is allowed to park at Alerio! Overflow parking is accepted at Geronimo RV Park 850-424-6801 Monday - Saturday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Sunday between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Cost is $30/night for cars and trucks. Credit card payment is required at the time of check in. Overall, Alerio C101 is the perfect destination for a memorable beach vacation with the whole family! No Pets Allowed!
