Som nämnts ovan sover detta hem upp till 16 personer vilket är idealiskt för flera familjer. Huset innehåller två (2) sovrum med king size sängar. Dessutom innehåller två (2) andra sovrum "king" -bäddar. En bunkroom innehåller två (2) drottningar och två (2) tvillingar. Det finns också en utdragbar queen size-säng i 2: a våningen vardagsrum. Hemmet har tre (3) våningar och tre (3) balkonger. Oroa dig inte för att klättra trappor; i det finns en hiss.

På första våningen finns ett sovrum och en v����ningssäng. Det stora sovrummet har en kylbar vinbar och privat badrum och en 46-tums platt-TV. Sovrummet leder direkt till balkongen på första våningen, med en uppvärmd plaska och direkt tillgång till stranden. Bunkroom innehåller två (2) drottningar och två (2) tvillingar och platt-TV. P�� första våningen ing��r ocks��� en stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

På andra våningen finns ett gourmetkök och ett vackert vardagsrum och matsal med en queen size-bäddsoffa och 46 "plattsk��rms-TV, öppning till andra våningen balkong som har en miljon dollar utsikt över det smaragdgröna vattnet och din privata strand. Den andra våningen har också ett gästrum (king size-säng), 37 "platt-TV och badrum.

Den tredje våningen har det andra sovrummet med king size-säng, 37 "TV, privat badrum med bubbelpool badkar, separat dusch, två (2) handfat och kylt vinbar och handfat. Sovrummet gr��nsar till en balkong med utsikt över vyer och solnedg���ngar. Den tredje våningen har också ett sovrum med king size-säng, en 32-tums platt-TV och ett badrum.

Detta radhus är en del av Frangista samfund som har en grannskap pool med badhus och bubbelpool. Poolen är tvärs över gatan från radhus. Inom cirka en halv mil (kort promenad) i townhouse finns det fem (5) restauranger, en närbutik, strandaffär, kafé, vinbutik och hyrcyklar / skotrar. Silver sands outlet mall, med över 100 butiker, är mindre ��n 2 miles. Du kommer att älska platsen!

Beautiful beach house for extended family vacation

The house was beautiful and laid out very nice for multiple families to stay together but still have their own space with bedrooms with all king beds and bathrooms. The only downside for us was a lack of outlets for electronics and night stand fans/lights in the kids bunk room. The family room area is small for a house that sleeps 14 people. But not really an issue if you have good weather and spend your time in the balconies or at the beach. The beach and access to beach were perfect and having the outside shower to hose off all the sand was really convenient. Not ideal to have the beach access from the house through a bedroom. Most of us ended up going out the front door and around so we weren’t going through our other families bedroom. It’s a shame the house next door has not been maintained like the others. It appeared vacant and not maintained or kept. The beach service was an added bonus to have setup and ready for us everyday. The location is perfect. Halfway between Whale tail and Pompano Joe’s, provided fun walks to beach bars for lunch/drinks and dinner. Also enjoyed the close walk to Dairy Queen for dessert. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Experience

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect for our family of eight! The elevator made everything so convenient, and the heated splash pool was a fantastic touch. The location was ideal—close to plenty of attractions within walking distance, yet the beach remained peaceful and uncrowded. But the true highlight of our experience was the host, Julie. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly, and her hospitality was unmatched. If I could give her six stars, I absolutely would!

Absolute Paradise – Perfect Beachfront Stay!

I recently stayed at the Emerald Embrace Beach House in Miramar Beach, and it was pure perfection! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the soft, white sand and stunning emerald waters. Every morning started with coffee on the magical back decks on all floors, each offering breathtaking views of the ocean. And the sunsets? Straight out of a storybook. Watching the sky change colors while listening to the soothing sound of crashing waves was the perfect way to unwind.Inside, the home was just as impressive. The kitchen appliances were all top-notch, making meal prep a breeze, and the ice maker was an absolute game-changer—perfect for keeping cocktails and iced tea refreshingly cold! The entire space was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and designed for ultimate comfort.The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Plus, the location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shopping, and activities, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Our family decided to take a beach vacation for Thanksgiving this year. This property was one of the few we found that could accommodate all ten of us and still give space and privacy. Let me say, Julie was fantastic and extremely responsive. We had a great time, but here is our list of pros and cons. Pros: - On the beach - Plenty of space for ten people - Ample bath towels and washcloths Cons: - Property is dated. Not a big deal, just noticeable. - The bunk room is a closed-in garage. It served the purpose, but not what we were expecting. - The dryer would not dry. Julie called a repairman who was able to quicky fix. - There was a leak in the ceiling of the bunk room, which was leaking onto my son's side of the bed. Julie called out a plumber, who was unable to locate the source of the leak. - We used the gas stove for breakfast one morning. There was a continuous clicking sound from the eye we weren't using, like it was trying to ignite. - Lots of road noise if you're sleeping in one of the two bedrooms on the roadside.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip. It was the perfect amount of beach time, chill time, shopping time, going out in the evening time…. The location of the house was wonderful! Close to everything, not far from other beaches and right on the beach. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location, Amazing Time

My parents, my wife, and our children all had the best week at this property. The view and access to the beach is amazing, the elevator was very helpful to those who needed it, and our experience was pretty close to perfect. Communication with host was prompt, thorough, caring, and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Exactly what we were looking for, far as beach is concerned not crowded short walk to water. The pool is just across the street if you could walk straight across however it is a half block that you have to walk around to get to it. The place is nice. The host was great Quick response. Parking is tight if you have large vehicles

Great Beach House!

My family and I had a great week at this house! The house was beautiful and having a private section of the beach kept the area from being overcrowded. Julie was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the trip. The only couple of downsides we had was the front of the house is on the street, there was the occasional loud golf cart/car. That's to be expected with the time of year though, so it wasn't a major issue. I also wish the kitchen would have been a little more stocked with more trash bags/dishwasher pods/kitchen seasonings since we were there for so many days - but there are so many grocery stores nearby when you need something. I would recommend this house to anyone who has a large family that needs space and wants to be right on the water!

Beach beauty and convenience!

Spring break with multi generations…perfect beach front access and view! The new nursing mommy and great grandma could both easily enjoy the beauty of the beach without feeling left out. The elevator was a welcome savior. The home is well built and maintained and Julie is the best!

Wonderful Beach

Pros: extremely wonderful beach and easily accessible. Elevator was helpful. Great views from the balcony. Cons: the front of the house faces a very busy street and the doors don’t fully close on the balconies, there’s a huge gap, so the amount of noise inside the house is similar to having all the windows open. Very loud constant cars driving all night. The bunk bed room is actually the garage with no bathroom or a closet. To get to the only accessible bathroom downstairs, you have to go into the other bedroom. The other downstairs bedroom through which you go to the beach shouldn’t be a bedroom. It’s a walkway filled with sand and people constantly walking through your room. It’s more suited for a game room or another living room. The house was filled with cockroaches and I was told to deal with the exterminator when they only sprayed half of the house after we complained. The living room and kitchen are extremely small. The dining room table is really only accessible to 6 people, same for the couch. The kitchen is not even close to being fully stocked with necessary supplies. Most of the closets are not meant for people to stay there for a week, just a weekend.

We were all very impressed with the property and the location. Julie was great to work with. My granddaughters loved the heated splash pool outside their parents room. The ice maker in the kitchen kept up with us which was great! Each floor has its own thermostat which really helped us all stay comfortable. We walked to Pompano Joes and several ice cream spots. A Circle K is very close too for those late night cravings. We’ll be back!

5 Star Beach Condo

This beach condo is well maintained and beautifully decorated. We had a issue with the clothes dryer not working and told manager. Within 24 hours a brand new Maytag was delivered from Lowes. Beautiful view from all 3 balconies. Would stay again with no worries!
