A beautiful and quiet beach side resort place with spectacular views in the heart of the Sandestin resort. Just steps from the beach. This 11th floor unit can sleep 4, lots of daylight all day with ocean and golf views. Upgraded King Bed, Beach Wagon/Chairs. Emerald coast & crystal white-sand beaches are absolute beauty. This is a self contained resort with Kids activities, Restaurants, Shopping, Entertainment, Golf, Walking/Jogging trails & much more..

This resort is on Miramar Beach and is 15 minutes from world famous Destin, FL and 35 mins from VPS airport. This is the only studio with wheelchair access in the unit. The place has nice couch, king bed with toaster, mini fridge, silver ware and complimentary coffee/water starter packs.
I am providing you the best and upgraded King mattress for your comfortable sleep. I expect you to love it.
There is no check in process, go to your unit and unlock with door code that I provide, and you can check-in any time after 4PM. Please check with me if unit is available earlier and ready after previous guest checked out. There is no fee for that, just ask and if available we provide it (except high season it may be difficult due to back to back bookings).
Free High Speed WiFi. There is no fixed phone in the unit, mobile coverage is pretty good for all the major carriers.
Our beach closet downstairs has Umbrella/Chairs and a Cart to carry them all to the beach. You have unlimited access to the salt water pool and hot tub downstairs and orange bands for pool are in the unit.
Oversize free Parking is provided. Trailers and Motor bikes are not allowed inside the resort but park nearby for a small fee, ask the security gate.

You also will have access to two swimming pool facilities that are heated in the fall/winter months – One is across from Linkside Village on Audubon Drive (SOA Pool 1) and the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center (previously SOA Pool 2), which is by the Baytowne Traffic Circle next to Bay Pines. Both are open daily at 7 a.m. Pool 1 is open until 9 p.m. and the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center closes at sunset, with hours being extended once lights are installed on the deck.

The Baytowne Village in the resort is amazing and you'll find a public dock, game room, kayak rentals, kids games, fishing, scuba, snorkel charters, tennis and championship Golf !!!
