The beach is just a short 3–5 minute walk via the private boardwalk. Prefer to drive? Use your parking pass to park in the Driftwood Bay lot and stroll across the street. While we don’t provide a golf cart, nearby rentals make beach access even easier.

Inside, Sunset Cove comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with two king bedrooms (one featuring Gulf and lake views and stunning sunsets), a queen and twin bedroom perfect for families, and a full pullout sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a Keurig Duo coffee maker, with a dining area and kitchen bar that make gathering easy and enjoyable. The home is stocked with thoughtful extras like a washer and dryer, Smart TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, and a variety of board games to keep everyone entertained.

🐾 Pet-Friendly
We welcome your furry friends! There is a charge for $150/stay for a maximum of 2 dogs, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note the following pet policies:
- Pets are not allowed in the pool, nor on the pool deck.
- There is a designated grass pet area out the front door to the right, near the garbage cans, marked by a sign. Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Animals cannot be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outside alone.
- No feeding or water containers are permitted outside of units.
Please notify us in advance if you're bringing pets. Failure to do so will result in charges taken out of your security deposit.
NOTE: This fee is subject to taxes and platform fees.

🚭 No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.

🚗Parking Passes & Resort Wristbands
Your stay includes 2 parking passes and 9 resort wristbands, which are located inside the unit upon arrival.

Parking Passes: Please display the parking passes in your vehicles at all times. Leave them inside the unit at checkout. There is a $25 charge for each lost or damaged parking pass, as the resort charges the owners for replacements.
Resort Wristbands: Please leave all wristbands on the kitchen counter before you depart. There is a $25 charge for each lost or damaged wristband, as the resort charges the owners for replacements.
Need Additional Parking Passes or Wristbands?

If you need more than the 2 parking passes provided, require additional wristbands, or need replacements for lost items, you will need to visit the Resort office to obtain more.
