I was very disappointed with our stay. From the beginning, we experienced check-in issues and were initially sent to the wrong location. After finally getting into the unit, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There were clumps of hair on the carpet and even a whole toenail next to the bed. The furniture was extremely dusty, especially the coffee table, and the unit overall looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or dusted prior to our arrival. The bedroom curtains also had noticeable stains and crust on them.In addition to the cleanliness concerns, the listing stated there would be two beach chairs, but only one was provided. We were also supposed to have wristbands for the pool, but none were available. When I contacted the owner, I was told the previous guests must have taken them and that we should go to the front desk for replacements. However, the front desk would not provide bands without confirmation from the owner, which led to more messaging and delays. After all the back-and-forth inconvenience, we decided not to even bother using the pool.Overall, the stay was frustrating and the unit was not as clean or prepared as I expected. I would not recommend staying here.

We had a great time at this property. I went with my husband and two kids. We had plenty of room and everything was as advertised. There were linens for the pull out bed in the closet. Enough bath towels for every one. There were only 2 beach towels. There was a grill area with tables. Parking was gated and easy. No wait for elevators (3rd floor so can easily take stairs if needed). The resort area was amazing!! The pool was like bath water in March. I usually don't swim due to cold water and I went in every day. The pool and hot tub are open until 10pm and the water temp is perfect for night swims. The beach is beautiful and very close. There are a ton of chairs set up by a company. If that is not your thing, just walk 5 minutes east and you'll have the entire beach to yourself. My son fished at the ponds and played basketball (bring your own ball or rent for 5). Loved the acai bowls at the food truck on the way to beach. The wharf entertainment area was perfect for my kids. They had something going on every night. We loved the piano bar Rumrunners (family friendly until 10). We just got apps and drinks. Kids loved requesting songs. We didn't have great food at any of the wharf restaurants but loved the vibe. We loved the food at Cajun Corner in Santa Rosa beach. Overall, it was a great location and beautiful resort. I would go again in a heartbeat!! We had a hiccup with communication before our trip on VRBO site but easily fixed. Go, you won't regret it!

The condo at Luau was clean and convenient to the beach and my meeting at the Hilton across the street. Certainly served well for my purposes. I think the condo would benefit from some updates especially the carpeting. The bed was very comfortable.

This is a great place to stay. Lots of fun things to do close. Everyone was so friendly. Pool is amazing. Host was helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay here!
