Everything you need for the perfect vacation is available at this Village of Baytown Wharf condo! Mornings can begin on your private balcony, sipping a cup of coffee and gazing out at the swaying palms. When you need a break from the sun, settle down amidst the condo's open layout. Comfortable seating and a plush bed overlook a smart TV, whereas the kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Lasata is in The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a renowned entertainment area packed with unique shops and dining options and the host of numerous outdoor events.

The beach is accessible right from the resort grounds, which will maximize the time you can spend on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Guests of this home will also have access to the complex's numerous shared amenities, including a 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool, hot tub, gym, 15 tennis courts, and three golf courses.

1st timers

Studio apartment across from the hotel Sundestin in the village at Baytown. You can barely see the bay from the patio. The location is great, the place was quiet. Great places to walk around and eat and sightsee. Everything is very expensive. A couple of things I would add to the listing for renters is 1. how to find the building once you’re in the parking garage since it is shared. Also, not to park in the numbered spots.2. That the laundry machines are coin operated and they are 1.50 each - and there’s no change machine.
