“This is a lovely hotel at the Pacific coast, a few hours drive from Guatemala City. Outstanding service from lovely staff. Nice albeit crowded pool areas. Do not consider if you need good Wi-Fi. It only works, and badly so, in common areas. That said, we would definitely stay here again. ”

“From start to finish it was a horrible experience! We had to change key cards three times, there was no hot water, no WiFi, no working tv. Our room was in poor condition and they really need to look after their installations better. They made several mistakes with our booking resulting in me getting charged three times! The check in took close to an hour. The staff was rude and not helpful at all and not a single time did we get an apology or any kind of compensation. A huge disappointment! ”

“There is not a positive about this property. It is in a very scary area. Not in a neighborhood or residénciale. There was no host communication until we reached out. The man who is point of contact from Expedia, Giro, says the right man is David, who leaves you with MarieLou. Toilets and plumbing are backed up, had to walk four blocks to a restaurant to use the bathrooms.
