For it to be on Main Street I thought it would look and be better it reminds me of a motel 6 cards to get in doesn’t work on the doors you have people outside standing around like it’s a club the rooms could be so much better it is very worn done

The towels were limited I stayed 3 nights 1.75 for new ones,no sleep upstairs stay was loud. Very disappointed.

False Advertising - No Pots/Pans/Dishes
It is completely unacceptable that you did not have any pots/pans/plates/silverware for me to use in my room. The entire reason I booked at your location was because I needed a kitchen. After checking in, when I went to get pots and pans they told me they no longer offer that. They said I could buy a set if I wanted, but they were out at the moment so I couldn't buy it either (not that I would have spent money on that). Why should I buy a set when your hotel should include this, and why does your advertising mention a kitchen with pots and pans when you do not offer it? That is blatant false advertising. TO make it worse, two days later after checking in, I got an email from you saying: "need pots and pans, check the front desk" or something like that. The fact that you do not offer it and then send me an email telling me I can get something you no longer offer is horrible customer service. I may never stay at your hotels again. Truly horrible.

Room was clean. Mattress was uncomfortable. No coffee in the morning. Took the iron and board out of the room. No Kleenex. Very disappointed in the hotel overall and we’ve stayed there before

I am so sorry that you were disappointed in our hotel! We have recently changed our brand from a Suites to a Select Suites, which offers less amenities so that we may keep the cost to our Guests down. I would hope that even with the new standards, that you would stay with us again!

I travel from Chicago to Mishawaka Indiana to stay at one of your location I get there and the manager informed me no more rooms available and on top of that they did not except cash. It was just one of the worst days of the month I’ve been through. I would never stay at one of your locations or recommend it. Sorry for the bad review. What is the truth? Mattress very comfortable. Very clean No wastebasket in bathroom. Entry light did not work. Recliner was almost impossible to work inwould stay again though.

We were 3 couples on our way to notre dame game from nj. One hour before we were to arrive at extended stay they called to say they were overbooked and we needed to find another hotel. Who does that. I had booked this afew months before. I will never give extended stay my business

They were having issues with evicting more permanent guests. The hallway smells like pee near my first room. Switched rooms because the pullout couch i needed was broken. Second room had a broken toliet, the pullout coach was dirty. Staff was great on trying to fix the issues.

Lots of pets at this property. Hallway smelled strongly of pet urine. My room reeked of peanut oil. Staff not at all visible. At least it was quiet. Forgot my pillow and staff was totally unhelpful in getting it back to me. Never been happier to check out of a hotel.

Staff helpful and friendly. Property felt run down. Funky smell in the room though it was clean but they had left the window open when I checked in so someone noticed it snelled musty. Probably would not stay here again.

Fitness center was closed most of the time to store refrigerators, mattresses and other room equipment. Often left the room in the morning to the aroma of marijuana having been smoked somewhere nearby. The kitchenette reminded of an 80’s trailer. Our door would not lock via the deadbolt. Pets were allowed and the smell definitely fit that policy. Overall, we will not be returning due to those issues. The staff however was friendly, convenient and great in every aspect.

The room was dirty it smelt so bad in the room the overall hotel smelt like wet dog and cigarettes. There were cigarettes buds under my bed and trash under here there as well. It wasn’t a good hotel stay. I checked in at night and the young women was rude as well. Would not stay again.

Room was nice plenty of space. Kids enjoyed except no pool at hotel but they survived lol. Only bad thing i notice and didnt like was stink bugs in room a few in window but you seen them at the door exits on wall & hanging aroud door.
