âThe hotel is newer, very clean, and has fantastic staff. The restaurant on site is tasty with solid cocktails and a great BC wine list. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping went out of their way to help (seeing if anything was needed, keeping me in the same room when I needed to extend my stay, being kind and friendly, etc). The breakfast buffet is also fantastic and well worth it. The rooftop lounge is a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day.â
âThere is not a thing wrong with The Dillworth Inn. Unfortunately, they are close to the center of Kelowna so there are some greasy people in the area, but that certainly isn't the Dillworth's fault. We will stay there again.â

âWe needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Canât say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. â

It's in a neighbor very close to downtown, a few minutes' walk. It backs up to a busy highway, so can be noisy if windows are opened, but very quiet when closed.
The breakfast consisted of a plate with tiny bit of meat, potatoes, 1 egg, bread, fruit and salad. It was light and good. I just wished there were a bit more available,...

âThis is definitely a hidden gem. The place is very beautiful, the room we stayed in was gorgeous! The staff is super nice and the food they serve is fresh and so delicious. The eggs benedict are the best I've ever had!! Prices are reasonable too. Will definitely be back!â

"We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening.
Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff.
Bathrooms could need an upgrade.
We could stay again."
