I could not believe when my wife and son called me and said they didn't allow dogs. All over Expedia's website at Holiday Inn's website they ADVERTISE pet friendly. They were on a trip alone and had to find a hotel that takes dogs fast. Fortunately they did with no help from Expedia or Holiday Inn. Extremely upset.

Anuncian que el desayuno concluye a las 10am pero en realidad, la mujer que atiende el comedor se quiere ir a las 10, entonces desde las 9.30 ya no hay nada. Tienes que estarle rogando para que al menos deje pan, eso si, con muy malos modos. Y las que limpian las habitaciones molestan en cada cuatro, aunque este colgado el letrero de No Molestar, para preguntar si el huésped quiere la limpieza. PARA ESO ESTÁ EL LETRERO, POR DIOS! Viene uno a dormir y es lo que menos se puede hacer. Todo porque ellas quieren irse temprano. Te dejan un papel y si no lo dejas en recepción no hacen la limpieza. En resumen, un hotel con reglas muy raras orientadas a los empleados, no a los huespedes.

I wont stay here again or recommend either
Check in was to late in the evening 3,4 pm no phone number to call them on app , out by 11am not worth my money , comforter was horrible got in a wad carpet stained no hair cap shower bottom of tub not safe to much noise outside smoking area .

Bad staff and not working keys and wifi
Was pretty bad, they had rude staff and they didn’t say that they have problems, they have not working keys so every time you have to get to your room you need to ask the staff for help, they also didn’t have working wifi I ask for the manager and they just said that tomorrow when he gets there, he never did, one time that I ask for, when is the key and wifi going to work? The front desk guy said to me that I just paid for the room not the amenities, he was pretty rude

We will be filing a complaint with the local authorities. They refused are very wonderful service dog and made us leave the premises before we even checked in. We inform them of the law and that that is not acceptable and they said they didn't care. This was going to be our second stay there but we will never go again

The common areas and our room was very clean upon our arrival. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced during the day while we were gone. I called the front desk and let them know. They reported it and brought us fresh towels to use quickly. This was disappointing since this is a service paid for an included in the price of the room. The cleaning service apparently wrote that we 'denied cleaning service' when they came to our room which was not true since we were gone 8a-9p that day. Everything else was good.
