The Neighborhood:
Located in a neighborhood that boasts tree lined streets and unique homes. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches. Its proximity to downtown and other local amenities makes it the ideal location from from which you can enjoy metro Kansas City/Overland Park/Mission and the surrounding areas (without the hustle and bustle of the city) whether you're in town for business or pleasure.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1000 if these rules are violated.
This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
