Perfect spot to spend Christmas near family—but not too close. ;-) Convenient location, charming, roomy apartment, everything you need and little touches you don’t but are nice anyway.

Perfect place to stay to drop our daughter off at UMT

Comfortable, clean and wonderful location. (We went inner tubing down the river, with the meeting point right near the place.) We, definitely, will stay here next time we are in town to visit our daughter, who attends college there.

Cute place, great location

This condo was roomer than I was expecting. Cozy place to relax in the cold winter months and conveniently located to walk where you need to when you want to get out. I wish we would’ve had more time to use the common room downstairs.

Great place / great location

The condo is clean, comfortable and fully updated. The Babs is in a great location: variety of restaurants and a coffee shop within 50 yards of the front of the building. An easy walk across the Higgins St bridge to downtown for more options. The riverfront trail is also very close by. We stayed for four days of fishing, and the Missoulian Angler is two blocks away. Lydia the owner is very attentive and responsive. It was unusually hot for a couple days we were there and she made sure the AC was keeping the place comfortable without our asking.

Apartment felt like being in a beautiful home

The Babs is a beautiful historic building just on the other side of the river from downtown. It is in a wonderful location as there is so much within walking distance: restaurants & bars, grocery stores, the University of Montana, and even hiking (a 10 minute walk to the M trail)! The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. I had the pleasure of living here for nearly 5 months while working in Missoula and I was so happy to return every day to what I considered my beautiful home with every amenity - dishwasher, coffee maker, HD TV, washer/dryer in the unit (especially grateful for this). There is even a pool room downstairs that I had access to and used. Definitely this condo should be #1 on your list in Missoula. Will definitely be on mine when I return.

Comfortable and great location

The property was an old historic building that had been renovated. The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, shops, and more. We are in our 70’s. We knew it was on 2nd floor with stairs but should have clarified. There were 3 flights— 1 to the 1st floor entrance , 2 to 2nd floor. Wife wears oxygen and a brace on knee. It was difficult to climb for her and get heavy luggage upstairs. No elevator. Also, street parking only. Very busy area. Often hard to find space close. Had to park 1 block on occasion. Hosts were very gracious to extend our unexpected longer stay.

The Babs

We were there during a heatwave and smokey conditions so the AC was needed but very loud. It got quite warm in the bedroom but the box fan helped. We really liked the property and would consider staying there again. Nice location, walking distance to downtown.

Splendid Getaway!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Bab's Condo #7 very much! The location was excellent. Restaurants, shopping, and a path along the river were steps away. The condo was comfortable, well equipped, and very cute! I loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer available during our stay. I would stay here again for sure!
