Located on the heights of Mittelbergheim, in a quiet dead-end street on the edge of the forest, the Duplex des Cigognes invites you to enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature. At the crossroads of vineyards and the first Vosges foothills, this spacious cottage offers an exceptional panorama and direct access to hiking trails. A true haven of peace, ideal for families or stays with friends.



The housing extends over two levels (ground floor and 1st floor) and combines a warm spirit with modern functionality.



On the ground floor:

A bright, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster), with a dining area opening onto a private terrace and a lush enclosed garden.



A cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, for soft and comforting evenings (a wooden crate is offered upon arrival).



A separate toilet with a hand-washing sink.



Upstairs:

Two large bedrooms with king size beds (180x200), convertible to single beds upon request (at the latest 72 hours before your arrival), each designed for optimal rest.



A full bathroom with a bathtub, Italian-style shower, and double sink.



An independent toilet with a hand-washing sink.



A mezzanine office space, perfect for working remotely or reading quietly.



A safety gate is installed at the top and bottom of the stairs for the peace of mind of families with young children.



Free parking on the street, right in front of the house.



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

beds will be made with clean sheets,

clean towels will be available along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
