“Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff and very near the Taipei main station. The room very clean and nice but our rooms very near the street and we’re very noisy since the traffic outside never ends. Bring ear plugs!”

“Good overall stay. Small rooms , esp those without windows, however no real concerns. Service Level good as well and breakfast included was decent. Location is great and the biggest benefit for this hotel.”

“As expected, a rather small double room and some noise from the pipes to neighboring rooms. Having said that, a very well-kept and fresh room. Amazingly clean and thorough cleaning daily. The breakfast good and well prepared but a bit monotonous after seven nights, when it was the same omelette but different fillings. “I highly recommend this place. The first night was rough since we had an issue with a bad odor coming from the bathroom drain. We immediately let the front desk know and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. This property has an outstanding customer service, quick to respond and they provide water bottles and snacks in the lobby. The area is close to everything and surprisingly quiet. Front desk also printed out my visa to Vietnam for free. I would stay here again. ”
