You will enjoy convenient and secure access to the unit thanks to our keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience

Nestled in the heart of Moab, Rose Tree enjoys a prime location. You'll be just a hop, skip, and a jump away from downtown, where you'll find an array of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and lively entertainment. Other Things to Note:

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street nearby.

Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.

Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.
