Bra hotell i fantastiska omgivningar
Ett mycket prisvärt hotell med bra läge i staden där man når det mesta inom kort gångavstånd. Rent och fräscht, rymligt som ofta är fallet i USA och utomhuspool med långa öppettider. Moab är inte bara en mycket trevlig stad med stort utbud för turism, utan att vara vulgärt billigt, dess omgivningar är AWESOME och värde dagar av ”utforskning”.

Hotellet var helt okej, inget märkvärdigt. Relativt gammalt badrum med lite ofräsch dusch/duschdraperi. Sov endast en natt här, så duger helt klart för det.

We parked right in front of our room which was great with all the stuff we had brought. Check in was super easy and rooms were clean. Moab is a very dusty town so dust will always creep into room - there is no avoiding it and yet they were able to have a very clean room when we arrived. Pool and hot tub area was lovely with plenty of loungers and chairs.

Check-in schnell und unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe - ich empfehle Max Restaurant unweit vom Hotel, selten so gut gegessen. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, hervorragende Gelegenheit dafür direkt gegenüber. Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht (Durchreise), waren aber absolut zufrieden.

The best thing about Hotel Moab Downtown is the location. Like the name says, it's in the center of town, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. That's a big deal, especially when navigating (and trying to find parking) the busy town of Moab! The heated pool surrounded by blooming roses was also nice. The jets in the hot tub were weak, but it was hot. The property is older and a little run down (peeling paint, frayed carpets), but the room was clean. And the beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. A more welcoming outdoor presence would be nice--benches outside, swept walk ways, etc. Just little details that make the property more welcoming. Overall, a good experience.

A great place for our short trip to Moab. The room was large and clean. Fridge and microwave. An above average shower - two heads, great water pressure!! Right in the heart of Downtown Moab so lots of options for shopping and eating within walking distance. Would definitely come again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! The notice is about Elm Seed Bugs and not cockroaches. Unfortunately they are all over the Moab valley and surrounding areas and not just specific to our hotel. They are a completely harmless bug. They are not a health threat. They do not bite, sting or stain. They do not feed on stored food, furniture, clothing or building structures. We would encourage you to find more information online by searching Elm Seed Bugs.

This is a good place to stay walk across the street, you can walk to five different restaurants very close by. Only negative thing I would say is two ice machines on property neither of which works.

Great location in downtown Moab, easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Liked the water and coffee and tea in the lobby. Front desk staff was friendly. Shower had two shower heads which was cool. Beds were comfy. Few maintenance issues like the cabinets not closing all the way and the faucet not bolted down properly. Overall decent place.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The double shower head in the shower, was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and clean (checked with a UV light). I have no reservations about staying here again. Good work!

Like many hotels out there, this is a pretty standard-looking hotel (bed, TV, table, etc.), except with a bathroom that's roughly twice the size of a standard hotel in this price range. Regardless, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is also very accommodating -- huge shoutout to Xander for helping us out when we came a day early and for being very nice :) We would definitely stay again if we come by again.

Super clean and great location. If you are looking for trailer parking, unless i missed it, there is very limited or no parking for rigs with trailers. It is an incredible location and pretty quiet.

Booked this property as I like to stay somewhere new every time I visit Moab. With it being family owned, I was actually more excited to get away from the commercial route this stay. I definitely regret my decision. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. The heated pool was heated just enough to not be too cold. The ice machines were dirty and didn’t work. There was a weird stench in the parking lot. The heat/ac unit made a super loud grinding noise out of nowhere. The front desk girl was sweet and tried to call a sister property to see if we would be able to use their hot tub. Even their hot tub was closed. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Totally put a damper on our trip. Once it gets dark, the only thing to do in Moab is bar hop and we’re not bar people, so the hot tub is usually our go to. We hung out in our room most of the evening. Very anticlimactic stay to say the least.

This is a very nice cabin. Style, decor and trees. The bad; do not list you have WiFi if it is "spotty" or intermittent. I was never able to connent in my 4 night, 5 day stay. The noise from nearby roadway is intense until early morning hours. Even with ear plugs, no sleep.

Good location. Feels really dirty upon walking in and the smell. Old motels will do that. They don't offer cots if you have extra ppl. We had (6 with our 4 kids)There was a hole in the ceiling in one part of the room outside the bathroom, paint peeling in the batbroom. No fan in the bathroom (1st floor) and mold above the shower. Definitely an old motel but they could use some decent repairs. We did get "upgraded" to the second floor, but the moisture in the air in the bathroom even with the fan doesn't do well. Even on moderately warm showers, the walls were wet. Pool was closed for maintenance which i didnt see when booking. If/ when we back we will stay else where. Staff was great besides that!

Nice Enough basic hotel. Centrally located. However, two of the three nights the neighbors dog was whining. I had to call twice. It didn’t solve the issue. I went to bed with earplugs in. It’s too bad. The manager On duty wasn’t able to do anything

The property is located in a convenient spot for walking to eat and shop. I was told they had secure bikes storage before I booked only to find that anyone could gain access to the bike storage room so was not able to use it. We were told they had a pool and hot tub but they were closed for maintenance the entire week. Overall it was no big deal and we felt it was a good value for the cost.
